Starbucks, Oliveyoung, Daiso are all one minute distance. Haeundae beach was like 5minutes distance, however there were restaurants and interesting stores on the way. Excellent location !!

Great accommodation in Busan

I stayed here 2 nights in total. I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars! The staffs are helpful and easy to reach out online. They provided check-in information clearly one arrival. It is convenient to deposit luggage after checking out. We also enjoyed the night view and perfect location. It located beside the subway station exit with tourists area near around. Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Busan for sure. The hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly recommended for everyone!

Location is great. Room is comfortable. Ideal for a family holiday. Only downside is the lift. There is only four lifts that service up to 42 levels. It is extremely busy in the morning and during check in and check out hours, so you will need to wait quite a while for it and also to get in and out. As it tends to stop at almost every other floor.

Pros: - Connected to the subway station via Exit 7's escalator. Convenient for rainy days - There is a huge refrigerator. Biggest I have seen in a hotel. - Fully equipped kitchen. Great for cooking a quick meal. - No room key cards (one fewer thing to carry), although entering the elevator password takes some use to. - Beds are quite comfortable - Lots of restaurants nearby, even late at night - Quick email response from staff Cons: - We stayed for 5 nights, but only provided 3 nights’ worth of towels (even thought it’s clearly written on the hotel’s official website that 3 sets is the maximum), I didn’t find it stated on Hotels.com. One set of towels was provided at check-in, and you need to email them for the rest to be delivered. (But it was very quick for the delivery) - No trash collection throughout the 5-night stay. They provided tiny trash bags, which can’t fit big water bottles. They also stated that guests are responsible for disposing of trash. I hope it’s clearly stated on Hotels.com or have some alternative way for us to throw out the trash. We cooked a few meals and it was not very convenient to leave the trash inside the room - No shower curtain over the bathtub. Water gets everywhere in the bathroom. I think this may be common for Korea. The plus side is that the vent is very strong so the floor and the mat dry up overnight. - Low water pressure (I guess there is nothing they can do about it) - Cannot use the laundry on the 3rd floor of the buildi

Not easy to access elevator due to high traffic and limited numbers of elevator. Code to access elevator to desire floor does not function well. Dark and damaged walls corridors on guest floor. Refrigerator in guest room does not work.

Little hard at first as there is no attendant. The building itself is occupied by about three other property owners who do have attendants. But those either refused to talk or said outright that they would not help. Seems Urbanstay really angered those other property employees. Urbanstay sent instructions in Korean in a way that couldn’t be translated. Fortunately some other Urbanstay guests were there, and we worked through the access process. Everything else after that was perfectly fine.

Das mit abstand schlechteste Hotel überhaupt, für alles wird geld verlangt, die Kommunikation lässt zu wünschen übrig (nur online, jedoch dauert es sehr lange bis ihr mit einem menschen kommunizieren könnt vorher geht euch der chat bit auf den zeiger). Grubdreinigubg kostet extra ubd immer für den darauf folgenden tag! In meinen augen ist das ein abzocke hotel spart euch das geld und geht in eine richtige unterkunft um das hitel herum! Falls ihr gerne feiern geht in einem richtigen club seid ihr am haeundae beach falsch!
