The rooms were comfortable, clean, large and modern. The spa and gym were superb.
The hotel location is perfect, in the heart off the city.
A fantastic deal.

. Stay would have been more enjoyable if the front desk staff were constent with the information about the spa/gym facilities. Was stated on reservation that it was one spa/gym ticket/per person/per night. However, most staff insisted 1 ticket per room/per night. So if one person went to use the facilities, Noone else in the room could use the facilities later that day.
. Hotel was run down and older
. Good location - central I the city and close to transportation
Great value and very nice hotel — clean and comfortable. The bathroom design is a bit odd as there is no way to prevent water from splashing on the floor while showering.
Access to the excellent gym and spa in the next building is a big plus. Location is near the gay area with tons of restaurants nearby.

The only reason we reserved this hotel is to use it's facilities ( gym and sauna). But it was so many restrictions and rules to use these facilities and front desk people was not kind enough to explain this carefully. Pretty disappointing. I won't recommend this hotel.
Had a wonderful stay. Friendly staff, quiet and well-kept room, and the location is ideal for a quick hop onto the subway. Admission to the spa/sauna daily was a huge bonus. There’s also a cute coffee shop connected to the hotel that serves sandwiches and smoothies. I needed alternative milk options because I am dairy-free and they were able to accommodate with oat milk. That’s another plus for those in need of substitution.
This was my first time checking out a different area and hotel than where I normally stay in Busan. I will certainly be back.
The toilet is wet after shower. Shower screen will give this property a 4.5 stars. Staff should be able to converse in English. This will then be a 5-star property.
Lamer Hotel is a great place to stay when in Busan. It is clean and very welcoming. We also enjoyed the free sauna experience!
The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The hotel general manager even helped us arrange our transfer from the hotel to the bus terminal with our bike boxes! Thank you!
Arrived early before check-in but we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel at no extra cost. One of the staff and whom I believe was the manager spoke excellent english which helped us understand better what we needed to do. The room was a cute and cozy size but had everything we needed. It was also very clean.
The only thing that was out of their control was that it was close by to the construction for World Expo Busan, so at times it could get noisy.
Overall, I would stay at this property again.

Pretty great value for a room, close to metro, and convenience stores. However I was very very disappointed they didn’t put a warning that the gym/spa is ONE ACCESS PER DAY you need to choose. AND it was completely closed on one of the days, with zero compensation.
Also I got really really annoyed during check in, I was there 14:10, and check in was at 15:00. Literally every other hotel lets you check in early if they have the room open, but nope! They told me even if they did have a room available, they aren’t letting me in until 15:00
