Clean, economical, friendly and close to the fun!
We loved our time at the I AM Residence! The staff was really helpful and friendly. The rooms were really clean and had everything necessary. This was our first time to Busan and we were worried about finding a good location for our home base. This was perfect! It was close to the beach and close to the bus line. We loved our stay here!

I was shocked and horrified
I am Residence, more like I am shocked and horrified. First everything’s electronic so you have to remember all kinds of different codes to get into the building and your room. Then once you get to the room the bathroom and shower are in the same room and it’s so small that you have to sit on the toilet to take a shower and the main room had hair and dust everywhere. On the website the BBQ area looked beautiful but in reality it looked like it was falling apart and had never been cleaned. It was so dirty I couldn’t even tell what color it was.

There is no table and chair in my room. I can not work well. Of course, I saved some money. I will not select this type room next time.

Convenient and clean hostel
Staff are so nice and helpful! Location is very great, only 5 minutes walking distance between hostel and Haeundae Station and within 10 minutes to Haeundae beach and market. However, it would be better if chair and mirror could be provided in the room.

Relatively clean and new with parking facilities. Check in is too late at 4pm and check out too early at 11am.

Great rooms
I had a great time staying at iam residence! They were at a great location for those who want to stay nearby the beach but the really good part is that the ondol rooms made the whole korean stay more authentic!

The guesthouse was a 10-minute walk from the beach and the Aquarium. The location was ok except that we did spend a little time locating it when we first got there by bus. It was only a few blocks away from the subway station. During our stay there, there were quite a few constructions going on nearby and it was dusty. As for the room, we liked the kitchenette (and the fridge with a freezer) where we could prepare cooked food. We were however a little disappointed with the sleeping pads which were not quite comfortable (we stayed at an Ondol room) and the shower head which required you to press on it continuously for water to come out. The water temperature was also unreliable. The staff were friendly, helpful and could communicate well in English. We particularly enjoyed the singing of one of the staff during breakfast time.

Very convenient
It's only a 1-2 min. walk from Hauendae Station exit 5, around 10 min. walk to the beach, and from there you can take a hike to Dongbaek Island. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Location's great. The hotel itself is ok. The room is big with a kitchenette and washing machine. Cookware and kitchen utensils have to be rented/borrowed with a deposit of 10,000won, but you'll get your money back once you check out. If you're not a Korean or Japanese, you'll have a hard time eating your meals 'coz there are no regular tables or chairs, only a coffee table. You'll have to sit on the floor (or bed) to eat. This hotel doesn't provide guests with toothbrushes or razors. You'll have to bring your own. They provide shampoo, conditioner, bath gels and small towels. By the way, it's a bit hard to take a shower as you'll have to continually press the shower head to release the flow of water. All in all, it's a good stay for us.

Friendly staff, convenient location
Staff were very friendly and always willing to assist. The facilities were simple, but very clean. I AM is in a very convenient location from the subway, and although no seaside views, it was only a short walk away from Haeundae Beach and Dongbaekseom, and plenty of eateries. A good place to stay for a short, simple trip.

Good hotel for family to stay near the beach area
My family of 4 enjoyed our 3 nights stay here near Haeundae beach, Strong wifi, friendly staff at the reception desk which can speak English, who even can recommend local food to us. Clean and comfortable for those looking for mid range guest house (apartment type). Heating for floors are a plus during cold chilling days. We stayed in ondol type of room, and it was a good experience. The kids loved the breakfast and I am the person who do not mind cooking my own eggs for breakfast. Recommended highly for those who wish to get best value for their money in a mid-range guest house.

Lovely but need new shower heads
Really enjoyed out stay at this hotel our only issue is the shower head, you have to hold a button in on the head for the water to come out. This is annoying if you have an injured arm like I do and can't hold the shower head all the time

Good location.
Good location. Metro is within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and polite. Make us feel at home and welcome. However, need to improve on the bed. Beds are uncomfortable.

편하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다~
일단 침구가 너무 편하고 좋았어요~ 1박이라 거의 잠만자고 나왔는데 편하게 잘 자고 왔어요~ 아직 코로나로 인해 숙소가 만원이 아니어서 시끄럽거나 다른 사람들때문에 불편한건 없었어요~ 다만 아쉬웠다면 숙소에 큰 거울이 있었음 더 좋았겠어요. 조식이 없어서 살짝 아쉬운 것도 있었어요.(코로나 때문에)

가족여행으로갔는데 가격이 저렴해서 걱정했는데 기대 이상 이였습니다. 침대도깨끗하고 수건도 넉넉하게주시고 샴푸린스바디워시 구비되어있었고 드라이기도 오래되지않은 드라이기여서 좋았어요 세탁기도 이용할수있던데 여름에사용하면좋을꺼같습니다. 조식도 만족스럽습니다 식빵과 커피 씨리얼 있었구요 가격에비해 정말괜찮은곳이에요 이가격에 해도되나싶을정도.. 사장님도 친절하셨어요 방도 따숩게 해주셔서 감사합니다. 부산 또가게되면 숙소는 여기로하려구요ㅎ 감사합니다

편한 잠자리
실용적인 건물 입구 구조가 인상적이었어요. 주차와 체크인을 한번에 할 수 있고. 들어가면 일반 원룸 빌라 개조한 것처럼 복잡한거 없이 분위기도 깔끔하고 객실 내 소음이 거의 들리지 않았던거 같구요. 토스트와 시리얼이지만 간단히 챙겨먹기에 조식도 좋았습니다. 이불 가장자리에 작은 얼룩과 욕실 벽에 붙은 머리카락 이런거 간혹 보이긴 했지만 침대도 푹신하고 잠자리는 좋았습니다. 다만 냉동이 되는 줄 알았던 냉장고에 냉동이 안되서 아쉬웠어요

숙소, 온돌 따뜻하고 일반 호텔대비 방 사이즈 크다는 장점외에 별다른 거 없음. 외부 및 복도 소음 너무 큼 침대, 너무소프트해서 허리가 아프고, 불편함 욕실, 욕조없이 샤워기 only, 실외랑 맞닿아 추움 조식, 매우 간단하니 절대 기대하지 말고 사발면 준비해 갈것 직원 서비스, 무뚝뚝한 남성들이지만 고객의 요구에 적절히 대응 청결도, 연박시 사전 요청없으면 정리정돈 안해줌

5성급에 비할바는 아니지만 잘곳이 필요하신분께 최적b!! 청소상태 깔끔하고, 난방도 온돌식이고, 따로 주는 이불도 두껍고 따뜻해요! 침대도 엄청 푹신푹신해요! 티비도 깔끔한디자인에 크고, 냉장고도 냉장,냉동 전부있고, 필요하다면 주방도 세탁기도 쓸수있어요! 물 수압도 세서 엄청 좋았고요! 전체적으로 냄새도 안나고 깨끗했어요! 난방도 조절할수있고..!만족할만하게 숙박할수있는 곳을 찾는다면? 이곳! 아 주변환경도 조용했어요!

가격대비 그냥저냥
시설이 노후된편이네요 벽지가 ㅠㅠ 침구나 청소상태는 좋았어요 양옆에 건물이 다닥다닥 붙어있어서 낮인지 밤인지 구분 안돼요 주차가 너무 협소해서 야간에는 나갈엄두도 못내겠더라구요 성수기에 그나마 저렴한가격이라고 예약했는데 예민하신분들은 다른곳으로 가라고 하고싶네요

我們是由首爾東巴士站坐巴士直接至海雲台，車程約五小時，最後一站下車後約走八分鐘即到達旅館。旅館提供洗衣機及廚房，很便利。房間很新，是日式，自己拿棉被舖地板上，地理位置也很好，走五分鐘即到達海雲台砂灘。早餐很簡單，大概是及土司配果醬吃到飽。

飯店位置離車站跟大街都很近。櫃檯人員用英文溝通沒有問題，有疑問或需要幫忙的地方都能很快獲得協助。早餐雖然簡單，但是配著老闆的自彈自唱也是令人感覺愉快。大推!

近metro。房間夠大 有洗衣機可以免費用 只是有枱沒有椅子？？ 浴室沒有鈎，不能放衣服，比較麻煩 簡單早餐，有老闆唱歌？ 整體都好好

連住三天沒客房打掃，第二天不到十點早餐就收了
