Amazing front desk staff - smart, courteous, professional, and great with English. Room and bedsheets were cleaned and refreshed in superb quality daily. Great location, you're just down the street from the center of attraction in Haeundae. I had an amazing 2 weeks here. Thanks Busan!

Great hotel well situated. The employes are so nice and helpfull. Has a thermostat in the room so you can ajust the temperature to the one you desire. It has 1 washing machine ( 4 000 krw) and dryer (5000 krw) and sells laundry detergent (1 000 krw).

Very hard beds, which some people love, like my sister-in-law, but not myself. Breakfast buffet is okay. Nothing too special, but whatever. Other than that, no complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was okay. Good value for cost.

Room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. All of the staff spoke good English as well. Hotel is a close 5-ish minute walk from the beach and the food/shopping areas. I would stay here again.

Great location to the beach and the market. The elevator wait time is unusually long compared to other hotels since there are only two elevators in the hotel. Overall, it's a good stay.

The room is a bit small but comfortable enough for a place to rest and shower. It’s very close to public transportation and close to a market we’re you can practically buy anything you need. It’s also just a few blocks from the beach.

Very noisy hotel situated by a main busy road. I didnt sleep well at all. Breakfast buffet not great. Better to have breakfast off site and also probably cheaper too. Staff friendly and professional. I would not come back to this hotel.
