"Room was not clean. Floors in bathroom were sticky with stains on them. The water in the shower had absolutely no pressure, couldnt even ronse the shampoo out of my hair. Went down for the complimentary breakfast in the morning, my young daughter put the waffle batter in the waffle maker and one of the staff members who was standing in the breakfast area, yelled at her and said"what are you doing, that one was closed, its shut down". I said there was no sign indicating that that waffle maker was out of order? He said " Jesus Christ, the lid was closed, give me a break." Im sorry, but she was a child, who speaks to someone like that!!! I offered to clean it, because obviously I was bothering and inconveniencing an employee to do his job imstead of just standing around doing nothing. He wathced my child pour the mix into the waffle maker and said nothing. He waited until she did it and then yelled at a kid. I tried to complain at the desk when I checked out, but the man was lingering around almost as if he knew he was rude to us and a child and wanted to see if I would say something to management. Do not waste your money, stay somewhere else. You get what you pay for. This place was a dump and the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. "
