Otelin manzarası güzel. Restaurant bölümü ve yemekleri güzel. Yeni yapıldığından odaları temiz. Yalnız otel çalışanların misafire olan servis yetersiz ve hatalı. Özellikle valeye aracınızı bırakmayın. Aracımız nasıl kullandıysa sunroof sabaha kadar açık kaldı ayrıca arabadan ses gelmeye başladı. Kendimiz park edelim dememize rağmen ısrarcı oldular. Kahvaltıya gelince kahvaltı 10da başlayacak demelerine rağmen (önceki gün sorduğum da gece geç saate kadar restauranda çalıştıkları için çalışanlarda dinlenmesi gerektiğinden saat 10da olacak diye bir tepki vererek söyledi. Sormakta hata mı ettim dedim) saat 10da daha Restaurant bölümününde temizlik yapılıyordu ve çok yoğun şekilde çamaşır suyu kokuyordu. Havalandırır misiniz diye sorduk gene gayet nazik olmayan ifade ile yanımızdan diğer çalışana yüksek ses ile havalandırma açın dedi. Tabi yeni otel olduğu için bu eksikler olacak ama gelene kadar arabadan gelen sesten canım çok sıkıldı doğrusu.

Sessiz sakin temiz bir otel ama restoran çalışanları hesabı abartıp getirince pek hoş olmadı. Kahvaltıda çok kötüydü. Hiç birşey yoktu. Çayı zorla getirdiler. Paraya göre hizmet kalitesini arttırmaları gerek.
