I like the location which is near the cable car. We can play with the snow. I do not like the limited food options available in the restaurant. We had to eat elsewhere. Mineral water that was provided to the rooms was also limited.

For the price, the room is too hot in the summer. It should have AC available. Windows do not open fully either and there is no mosquito net. Other than that, great hotel.

Hotels.com ve Otele dava açacağım .

Hotel.com dan family suit satın alırken tam pansiyon diye bir seçenek te ek olarak çıktı ve ek bir ücret karsiligi rezerv yaptırdım . Bu oteli secmemdeki en büyük etken tam pansiyon seçeneğinin olmasıydı . İstanbul'dan yola çıktık ve otele varmama 1 saat kala telefon geldi , otellerinde tam pansiyon özelliği olmadığı söylendi . Acente yani hotels.com hatalı islem yapmış dendi . Öncelikle bu çok büyük bir hata . Hadi acente hatalı giris yaptı niye daha önceden arayıp uyarmiyorsunuz . Yine de ailem yanımda olmadigi için ses çıkarmadım . Normal şartlarda ne olması gerek ödenen ve hizmeti alınamayan ücretin acente yada otel tarafından geri iade edilmesi gerek . İade edin diyorum ücreti ona da yanasmiyorlar . Otel , hotels.com ile iletişime geçin diyor , hotels.com otel ile konusun diyor . Burda para önemli değil az bir miktar zaten . O oteli 1 haftalık ta tam pansiyon diye tutabilirdim .

Çok kötü

Kaldigimiz en kötü otellerden diyebilirim. Yeni oldugu icin sistem oturmamis. Oda 28 derece ve isi ayari yok cam acik yatmak zorunda kaldik. Gece oda degistirmek zorunda kaldik tv de calismiyordu. Sabah kahvaltida Salataliklar bile yikanmamisti. Yani luxury otel diye gidiyorsaniz asla tavsiye etmem.
