Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel . Spaya girip rahatlamak için kaldık. 2 arkadaşız ofa kontrol bile edilmemiş. Tek kişilik pike var yorgan istiyoruz bir tek kişilik pike daha geliyor. Havlu daha aşağıda diyo galiba bitane eksik diye. Spaya indik kadın dövücek sanki odanın havasızlığı iğrençti. Ayrıca kese köpük odasında (sözüm ona) tutulmamak elde değil soğuktan. Onuda geçtim bir spa otelde bornoz olmamasıda garip. Temizlik fiyasko. Gece boyunca üşümekten dinlenemedik ! Klimayı açsak derece 18 değiştiremiyoruz. Çok kötüydü. Çok !

Bolgedeki en temiz ve profesyonel otel isletmesi

Senenin birkac ayi otelde geçer. Bu otelin oldugu bolgede birkac otelde kaldim, diger üçünde de ozellikle temizlik konusu yüzünden bir daha kalmamaya karar vermistim, son olarak bu oteli deneyim dedim ki gercekten gerek giris sirasinda resepsiyorndaki karsilama ve güleryuz, gerek odanin genisligi (ben 105 de kaldim) ve en önemlisi odanin ve banyonun temizligi cok iyiydi. Banyo beyazlar icerisinde ve iyi âydinlatilmisdi, gereksizce comertlik gortergesi gibi kullanilan 3-5 tane sampuan ve benzeri malzeme yerine normal ve yeterli miktar vardi. Yorgan yerine yaz gunleri icin daha ideal pike kullanilmasi hem daha kolay hemde yikamasi da daha kolay oldugundan hijyenik. Balkon olmamasına rağmen balkon kapisi olmasi odaya cömertçe temiz hava ile havalandirmayi sağladı. Loby deki kafe/bar da çok kibar bir hanim tarafindan servis aldim ve bana hemen ödemem gerekmeðigini istersem odaya yazabilecegini kredim olmamasina rağmen sunmasi cok iyiydi. Kahvaltisi biraz degerlendirilebilir ama otelin gercekten iyi yönetildiğini ve yetişmiş personeli olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Arabayi sokaga biraktim ama bu bölgedeki durum bunu gerektiriyor. Bursa ya sık sık gidiyorum, merkezden 20-25 dk. Mesafedeki bu otelde kesinlikle bir sonraki seferde de kalacagim otel burası.

Karşılama ,resepsiyon iyiydi, Biz dört gece aile odası da kaldık,klima gayet iyi çalışıyor ,sadece iki gün odamız temizlendi ( bizden kaynaklı) ama yatak düzeltilmiş ,nevresimler değiştirilmemiş ti,son gece üst katimizi kalabalık bir aileye verdikleri için tabii burada otelin değil misafir sayisinin oda kapasitesine göre fazla ve toplu yaşam kurallarını bilmemeleri sebebiyle gürültü ve bagrismalarindan uyuyamadik ..kahvaltı ürünleri kaliteli değildi...oteli secmenizin en önemli sebeplerinden birisi otoparkının olmasıydı ,otapark dedikleri üç araçlık,otelin önüne bırakmanızı da istemiyorlar,ilk gece vale araba anahtarını istedi ,vernedigimiz için de çok gergin davrandı ..
