Good enough

The Hotel was clean. sauna and hammam is good but indoor swimming pool is very small. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is good enough. There is No information about WiFi or reception call number in the room. Room Phone was not working. Except these the Hotel was good.

The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table.

The check-in process was a complete fiasco! They couldn't deliver the room on time, they didn't take the notes into consideration and we had to change the room again. We had to wait in the lobby for hours for a simple accommodation service. There were serious hygiene problems in the room and especially in the bathroom. The gentleman we talked to for spa and massage services was extremely rude and disrespectful. The only plus point was that the breakfast, it was varied and tasted good.

I had a really bad experience in this hotel. All the front desk staff are really rude and useless. We had to spend first night at the building cross street and it was awful. No water and internet. Next morning we moved to main building. Overall experience wasn’t good at all.

Hotel Bursa Not quite what we expected based on pictures and reviews. Very small room, bed is certainly not king size, really really small bed, i would say not even a queen.. Shower had a strange smell.., not very clean. Bedcovers had stains on it.. towels were a little bit torned. You could also litterly hear noises/talking other guests Good things: very big balcony, although you looked right into someone else’s house. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. For one night it is a oke hotel, defenitly not a 4 star hotel in my opinion (but maybe 4 stars means something different in Turkey??) overall it looks like hotel needs an update.. No recommendation for longer stay

Günlük ve ekonomik konsklama için ideal otel.Otel de hizmet düşük çift kişilk oda da tek kişilik havlu vardı istedik 2 saatte geldi özellkle yatak için 2 tek yatağı birleştirmişler konforsuzdu çok memnun kalmadım bir daha kalacağımı sanmıyorum.

Yine gitsem yine kalırım

Oda fotoğraflardakinin aynısıydı otel gerçekten güzel ve temizdi, kahvaltısı harikaydı kesinlikle, tek sıkınıtı iki tane tek kişilik yatak birleştirilmiş ve yatakların arası açık, kapanmıyordu o yüzden çift olarak gidecekseniz direkt çift kişilik yataklı odalardan olduğundan emin olun (öyle odalar da varmış).

Das Hotel liegt weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer sind vom Komfort her mittelmäßig. Die Mitarbeiter, die uns beim Betreten des Hotels begrüßten, waren aufmerksam. Allerdings haben wir den jungen männlichen Rezeptionisten, der abends Dienst hatte, nur draußen beim Rauchen gesehen – sowohl beim Verlassen des Hotels als auch bei der Rückkehr. Als wir bei der Rezeption wegen eines Bügeleisens anriefen, sagte man uns, dass es geschickt werde. Doch trotz langer Wartezeit kam kein Bügeleisen. Auch ein Anruf, um uns mitzuteilen, dass kein Bügeleisen verfügbar sei, erfolgte nicht.
