「The first word that comes to mind is 'tired'. It is an older facility and it shows both inside and out. Great location for hiking, golf, biking and going to the beach. Decent facility for breakfast and positive people working there, but the breakfast is awful. Cut up boiled potatoes (not hash browns), a weird kind of sausage that I've only tasted in SE Asia, and plastic utensils with a paper plate. Linens were pilly and rough, but lots of towels. Only warm water in our second unit (we moved out...

「Very large room but it was rather bare and empty looking. Pleasant view towards dock and Spinnakers. Breakfast was ok but rather repetitive, bread pudding pleasant but unusual, would have enjoyed the option of ham or bacon. No big problems at all」

My daughter enjoyed the pair of swings out front, but the pool they advertise as an amenity wasn't open and looks like it hasn't been operational in years. They should remove it immediately from there list of offered amenities immediately, as we would have chosen another hotel, there is zero reason to stay here otherwise.」
