"Stayed with family on 18-19 June, 2024 . Not so good experience. Room did not have electric kettle/ cups/ coffee sachets. Kettle was provided when asked for it with plastic glasses ( in place of cups) and no coffee sachets. "Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good and I was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and everything was well organized. However, there were a couple of issues that I would like to mention. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very weak, which made it difficult to use the internet properly. Additionally, I was not allowed to use the refrigerator in the room, which was quite inconvenient and unexpected. Aside from these points, everything else was great. Thank you for your service."

"Our experience at Gabala 7 Gozel Hotel was very disappointing. We checked in at 14:00 as scheduled, but our room was not ready, and we had to wait around 30 minutes. The service at the café near the pool was also terrible. Orders were forgotten, and we constantly had to go back and remind the staff about items we had already requested. During checkout, we were unexpectedly told that we had a "debt" to the restaurant, even though we had already paid for everything. This caused another unnecessary delay while they tried to sort it out. The room cleaning service was also below standard — our room wasn’t cleaned at all on the second day, despite us being out for most of it. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. Poor service, lack of organization, and cleanliness issues made it a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend it to others."
