Not quite a Bed and Breakfast, no breakfast except a packet of cereal and some milk. The accomodation was very good. Separate living room and bedroom with ensuite.

The property is well situated, close to shops and is very well presented. Great that it is dog friendly. Short drive to Bargara and a flat walk if you are wanting to explore on foot.

Gigantic, clean, and comfortable room - for business travel, it was excellent. Check in was a bit awkward but managed to find the location and get in no problem. This place is more like an airbnb option rather than a hotel. Breakfast is very simple. Technically, it overlooks the golf course, but it is a house on a suburban street near the Maccas and Woolies. Would recommend for business travel or maybe the die hard golfer.

It's a comfortable place to stay A little out from Bargara Beach and restaurants, but only a 2/3 minute drive Aircon is main living room works well, but none in the bedroom, although there is a Ceiling fan.

I was in Bargara for work, so really just needed a nice quiet place for dinner and to sleep, Mel and grant were very helpful upon arrival and the place was very clean would definitely come back

The property 12th Tee was a great place to stop at Bargara. Comfortable, quiet close to facilities. The only small concern was Wotif's instructions, however I called up the owner and they quickly sorted my access code, fantastic assistance. Would reccomend, and will stay again.

My wife and I stayed at 12th Tee as a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. The check-in process was very smooth thanks to the wonderful Mel, the villa was a pleasant surprise. Very clean, roomy and in a convenient location. We will definitely be back next time we are in the Bundy area

Comfort, quality and location - a great choice!

12th Tee is a lovely, very comfortable apartment in a great location; across the road from a big supermarket and other shops and a short walk to many quality restaurants and a large pub. Mel is a great, caring host and we were very well looked after.

Was clean and well presented with a nice modern touch, also the bed was nice and soft with enough blankets for winter. Only thing I would have like to see was a box of tissues in the bathroom instead of using toilet paper haha. Other then that I would happily stay again. Thanks so much 😁

This was a nice new property and just what I needed as single traveller who was busy during the day, particularly as it was close to where I needed to be. Re the TV in bedroom, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV in the bedroom as just a normal TV and watch local TV channels. There is a TV in the lounge/kitchen area so it didn't matter for me. As there is only one airconditioner in the lounge area, and it isn't that strong, I had to keep it on all night on a very low temperature and high fan, so I could get some relief from the very hot weather in Bargara when I was there. I liked the property and loved that there is a coffee machine, fridge, microwave and kitchen sink. I wouldn't call it a BnB though.
