「Wir waren mit Hund herzlich willkommen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmergröße war gut, alles war sauber, ordentlich und vorhanden. Die Betten waren etwas hart. Das Frühstücksbuffet war phänomenal! Direkt vorm Hotel ist die Bushaltestelle und man ist in gut einer Stunde in der Innenstadt. Aber auch das Umland des Hotels hat einiges zu bieten, z.B. die Alster als kleines Spazier- und Wandergebiet. Die Nähe zum Flughafen hat man im Hotel selbst eigentlich kaum...

「Checkin war zäh, da an dem Tag das Mailsystem des Hotels nicht funktioniert hat und man somit ohne jegliche Information da stand. Kommunikation über Whatsapp ist finde ich kein Lösung, es gibt genug Leute die kein Whatsapp nutzen oder nutzen dürfen」

「Zimmer war OK. Das Gebäude und die Außenanlagen nicht wirklich. Kein direkter Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Den Schlüssel muss man einige KM weiter in einem Hotel abholen. In der Beschreibung war davon nicht die Rede. Für eine Nacht OK. Uns hat es nicht zugesagt.」

Hamburg is a super engineered city with everything well programmed running smoothly and quietly. Not the Paris type of cultural bomb but very historic solid and logical city with innovations in the details everywhere. ...
