「酒店房內非常好，有廚房有露台，空間很大，只是不知為何要有個特別的門在房內，開不到的，應該通往隔離房的，感覺很不好不自在，另外早餐實在太爛，面包居然也可以難食到如此，食完腸蛋會肚痾的」

「The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. 」

「We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. 」

Not so far from the centre too Clear communication with the stuff fro the check in Very clean and with all you need in a house. There is a private parking in the house and free public park right in front of it I will come back for sure. 」

「This was an “antique” type facility. Very quaint and while it included some nice features, a washing machine (no dryer) the “master bedroom” is an “open loft” and the bathroom is on the first level. All of the beds are very hard and none of the tvs worked. 」

「Alessia's flat was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We were able to cook in a clean and functional kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space, very relaxing. Access to lots of public transport, with a very walkable neighborhood. Lots of markets and restaurant options nearby. The host was kind and helpful to us.」

「This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. 」

「It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」
