「Cold in the room, the radiators doesn't work. Staff ignored me and no one came to solve this problem. I'm very disappointed. I've wasted more money on medication than on any pleasures.」

「Amazing hotel in Zakopane, we had a huge apartment and the breakfast was incredible! The rooftop hot tub is perfect after a long hike, but it needs to be reserved so do so in advance because time slots fill up fast!」

「Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Rather than taking responsibility for hosting misleading listings...

「An absolutely wonderful place to stay! The location is fantastic, right in the centre, yet the accommodation is peaceful and quiet. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with natural wooden decor that creates a cosy mountain-cabin vibe. The fully equipped kitchen and balconies make it especially comfortable and practical, with everything you need for a longer stay. It’s one of those places where you feel at home almost immediately and simply don’t want to leave. I genuinely...

「We did not like breakfast much. The pillows are small.」
