We unfortunately had an experience where our room we reserved in advance was given away, because we arrived later (around 8pm). The couple that worked there said they didn’t know we were coming and had someone else book the room. They did however try their best to run to a couple other hotels around if they had any last minute space for us, however it was too late and we had to book another hotel on our own. The wife was pleasant and did her best, however it was still an overall bad experience. "
