「My stay was perfect. The staff and the food was tremendous. Benjamin the Chef outdoes himself every meal. You feel like your in a 5 star restaurant. The food is beautifully prepared and presented and it tastes good too! I have stayed at Ishasha Jungle lodge a sister lodge so expected it would be a nice spot to spend a few nights but it was even better than Ishahsha was. They gracefully served my Ugandan friend and her 3 children for lunch and didn't seem to mind the 3 kids zooming...

「My room was very clean and the staff cleaned it during my 3 night stay. Unfortunately, I had no wifi for my whole stay. That was crucial for my business. Also, off my balcony they kept cows which was very unsightly. Also, I booked through Expedia and they could not find my reservation which made my whole stay confusing. 」

「Large rooms, good location, clean. I would not book this hotel through Expedia, however, because they were very confused. I am not sure how Expedia liaises with hotels, because they seemed to have never heard of Expedia and I am concerned that they may not have the correct systems in place to record and access payments. I will be booking small hotels in African directly from now on, instead of through a booking site.」
