I think new owners are in charge. When we arrived, there was no soap in our bathroom, no breakfast (despite online info), no ice (machine out of order), no vending (machine empty), no elevator (out of order), and the most obtuse operating system for air-conditioning we have ever experienced. The front desk personnel (when they were present, which was rarely), hat no idea when any of these items were going to be brought to minimal, working standards. I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel, but it did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again. We were given a small discount on our daily fee because there was no breakfast. I hope things get better for their sake.

The price was fair for what we got. Clean, basic, no frills lodging. Elevator didn't work, breakfast not included (break room was full of boxes). Had to request to have room tidied. wasn't cleaned during the 3 days we stayed. Had to request towels. Location was so-so. Very much appreciated that we were able to stay with our JRT. Grounds need beautification/watering.

We were told at the time of our reservation there would be continental breakfast. When we arrived there was a sign stating no, continental breakfast. We could tell the cafe was a disarray for a long time. They could of notified us prior to our visit and we would of been able to go somewhere else. They were very short staffed and many things were not working like the elevator and ice machine.

The room was recently renovated and very nice. They are in the midst of renovating the entire property and so the room was reduced to reflect not having the breakfast provided. The front desk attendant was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

The property was clean. However, there was no breakfast at all! The ice machine was broken. There was no iron available. One of our beds didn't have a sheet. We brought this to their attention and they didn't seem to care and/or did anything.

A group of us checked in and found out that the elevator was not working and the ice machine was not working and the breakfast that was advertised was not served. Got to our room and the air conditioning did not work well. There were two of us staying in the room but only had one bath towel for taking a shower.

Elevator was down the whole time I was there. Also, there was no continental breakfast however they did give a discount for that. The ac in the main building was out. The side doors was not secure. The room ac worked well. Overall it was not the worst place to stay. The staff was excellent.

There was no one at front desk. No breakfast as stated. Elevator did not work, no ice machine, no towels etc and no housekeeping. Trash was pouring out of the hallway receptacles. That’s why this price was reasonable. You get what you pay for.

While this property was basically clean and newer in construction, everything was broken--the elevator, ice machine, our refrigerator and even the bedside clock! We stayed three nights and never saw housekeeping, even though I asked for service multiple times.

We took a chance on this large non-chain property and are very happy! We got a good rate for tge midfle of summer. Includes a guest laundry, ADA compatible, indoor pool. Everything seems new, very clean, very quiet. Breakfast room is being remodeled so a discount is given off the room instead of serving which is fine by us. Double room is a little on the small side, but just fine for our needs. This hotel is on the outskirts of town a little off the freeway so not walkable, and closest dining options seem limited to a Pizza Hut and fast food Mexican or burgers a shory drive away. Staff is great!
