I think new owners are in charge. When we arrived, there was no soap in our bathroom, no breakfast (despite online info), no ice (machine out of order), no vending (machine empty), no elevator (out of order), and the most obtuse operating system for air-conditioning we have ever experienced. The front desk personnel (when they were present, which was rarely), hat no idea when any of these items were going to be brought to minimal, working standards. I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel, but it did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again. We were given a small discount on our daily fee because there was no breakfast. I hope things get better for their sake.
