This place gave us a big bang for our buck. The room was clean and decent. The iron and ironing board worked good. The microwave and fridge worked well and the shower was great! This location has several shopping plazas nearby. You really can’t ask for more!

Was very happy with the stay here. It was a smooth check in and parking out front was very easy no charge either. The lobby is small and modest but they have a great coffee/espresso maker for a nice cup whenever you want. The room was pleasant and very basic. The queen bed was comfortable enough for my wife and I. The room was one of the more spacious I've stayed in recently. One thing that stood out was the television channel options were endless. The bathroom was fine and shower hot water and towels and soaps provided. Clean overall. Close to downtown buffalo and only 25 minutes to niagara falls. Would stay again the area is close and convenient area.

It was perfect for staying one night after the Bills game. Conveniently located. Cleanliness was acceptable. Beds were terrible to sleep in. It was like sleeping on a rock. For one night is fine, going for more then i would go elsewhere
