Bad communication with the owners

They don’t receive messages through the Hotels app so I couldn’t let them know that I was arriving late. No instructions were sent to me. I have to ask around to find how to get into the apartment. I rang all the doorbells in the building.

A propriedade era de acordo com as fotos e descrições. Localização boa. Porém, a acústica do quarto não era tão boa, como as janelas ficavam de frente para duas ruas, entrava bastante barulho durante o dia todo e também durante a noite toda.
