Really useful location and the staff were lovely and helpful, there was always someone around. Not the most updated decor and the rooms were a little basic but if youre looking for somewhere to use as a base for exploring the city then you'll be happy.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The are was wonderful. The hotel room was incredibly noisy- we could hear the water pipes the people showering upstairs. The outlets were unusable with our chargers. We had to use the outlet in the tiny bathroom.

J'avais reservé une chambre avec un lit double! Je me suis retrouvé avec une chambre avec trois petits lits une place! Il y avait des cheveux dans les draps! Le wifi est très mauvais! Impossible de voir une vidéo! Le petit déjeuner est bien, l'emplacement également!

Muito boa!!

Dentro do esperado, o hotel é antigo mas bem aconchegante, ficamos por 7 noites conseguimos fazer muita coisa a pé. Excelente para uma caminhada, uber funciona muito bem. Não achei caro estávamos em 3 pessoas. Café da manhã atende bem, dá para comer a vontade, tudo fresquinho. Elevador é pequeno mas comporta 2 pessoas por vez são 2 elevadores.

Algumas coisas que compensam muito outras...

Eu cheguei meio perdida nesse hotel justo em uma vespera de Páscoa, fizeram um grande favor de me acomodar em um quarto pequenino mas provisório. No dia seguinte me passaram para outro quarto, muito bem acomodada. O hotel é antigo, tem algumas situações relacionadas a ser antigo, mas a equipe é muito bem treinada e atenciosa, isso pra mim valeu muito a pena. Café da maña simples mais muito satisfatorio, almoco e jantar delicioso e um tremendo custo- beneficio!

Boa opção

O hotel tem ótima localização, próximo à Avenida Corrientes, onde há diversas opções de restaurantes, livrarias e cafés. Aos domingos à noite, a avenida é fechada para veículos e fica exclusiva para pedestres, criando um ambiente agradável e movimentado para caminhar. A estrutura do hotel é boa. Ficamos em um quarto com varanda e vista para a rua, o que foi uma experiência bem agradável. O atendimento na recepção também merece destaque — fomos recebidos com simpatia e atenção pelo senhor que estava no balcão no momento da nossa chegada. Como ponto de atenção, o elevador é bastante pequeno, comportando no máximo duas pessoas por vez, o que pode causar certa espera em horários de maior movimento. Além disso, durante a estadia, percebemos falhas na reposição das toalhas após a limpeza do quarto — em algumas ocasiões, precisávamos solicitar na recepção, pois não eram deixadas ou estavam em número insuficiente. Apesar desses detalhes, tivemos uma boa experiência geral e consideramos a hospedagem positiva.
