Not only is the hotel lovely, conveniently located, and in a safe walkable area, but the customer service at this hotel is outstanding. From the moment we walked in and were greeted by Alexis and manager Luis at the front desk, we were treated like valued guests. The concierge, Belen, was so helpful and knowledgeable. Bellman, Uzzy, was so sweet and helpful too throughout our stay. We can’t recommend this beautiful hotel enough. We will definitely be back.

We stayed seven nights at this centrally-located Buenos Aries hotel. The room was very comfortable, very clean, with an excellent bed, great shower, and well-stocked with amenities. The Recoleta Grand is undergoing renovations. It had a few hiccups. But they were resolved immediately by a friendly and efficient staff. It will end up looking beautiful. And the location couldn’t be better. We will definitely be staying there in our next visit to Buenos Aires!

This is an exceptional hotel, I highly recommend the Recoleta Grand and would book again if I was to come back to BA! It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city. The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions. The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions. Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend.

I never leave a review and I believe 5 stars should mean that it exceeded expectations. The hotel was nice, clean, and well managed which i knew it would be. What i loved about my stay is the service. Everyone was so helpful. My son asked if we were their favorite customers! I dont know if we were there favorite but we were treated as though we were.

A wonderful urban location

Delightful hotel

Recoleta Grand is NOT a traditional "Grand" hotel! In fact it is an under-stated modern medium sized establishment in a pleasant quiet street in the heart of the Recoleta district which is excellent for walking around. From the warm welcome onwards the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. It instantly became our home-from-home during our short stay.
