El baño no es el de las fotos, la cama estaba llena de polvo de ladrillo y el desayuno es muy pobre, prefiero que me den una tostada con mermelada antes que una medialuna dura. Y para finalizar se negaron a darme factura y eso es ilegal

Excesivamente caro para el servicio que dan y los pagos son solamente en efectivo. No volvería, no es cómodo ,la habitación es demasiado ruidosa, las sabanas no ajustan la cama (se sueltan) y la ducha no anda bien. No es recomendable.

Un apart sin utensilios de cocina

Realmente cuando uno alquila un apart y no un hotel, se debe a que desea cocinar por su cuenta. Decepcionante es cuando dentro de los servicios figura microonda y utensilios de cocina y luego llegas y no existen. También es decepcionante prender el agua caliente y darte cuenta que no hay. Ahh! todavía espero la factura de mi pago. Saludos

En general la habitación bien, lo único criticable es el baño, muy pequeño. la ducha perdía agua hacia afuera y el inodoro tenía la tabla rota. La ubicación es buena por su comodidad y cercanía de lugares útiles/interesantes, pero la zona es bastante ruidosa.

The place is about average, however service was very friendly. The rooms are quite big. The breakfast is simple and basic but will do. The Wifi worked a bit intermittent. The hotel is close to the river, in walking distance of various restaurants, both fast food as more upscale and right in front of the entrance of Parque de la Coasta. On Saturday night our room had some noise from a establishment next door. But overall, would recommend. Be aware that you will have to pay cash. They do not accept credit cards.

Great location.

Great location, close to restaurants, the train and water taxis. The room needed maintainance, toilet seat was broken, the door wouldn't close and only one glass for 4 guests. Nothing major and a few repairs and it would make it a more plesant place to stay. The owner was really helpful and friendly.

Muy buena disposición y cordialidad del personal lo cual hizo muy cómoda nuestra estadia. Si bien el aspecto ecterior no es el mejor, el interior del edificio esta en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicación del hotel es la mejor por lejos, hicimos todos los paseos a por ya que si hay algo para mejorar es el tema de estacionamiento.

Ojo con las reservas!

Cuando llegamos (eramos un grupo de 6 con tres habitaciones distintas) no tenian ninguna de las reservas en su sistema. La solucion fue meternos a los 6 en una sola pieza mas grande pero con un solo baño (pequeño) el cual no se podia cerrar porque la puerta estaba rota y la cortina de la ducha era inadecuada por lo que se mojaba todo cuando te bañabas. La limpieza del baño tampoco era buena.

Hola aprovecho la ocasión para comentarles que todo resultó según lo ofrecido excepto el precio... en la página estaba promocionado como ARS 785, y con un descuento del 10% la promo decía en rojo ARS 692, pero resulta que cuando imprimí el voucher decía que faltaba el impuesto y por lo tanto llegaba a algo de $ 800, luego para mi sorpresa no se podía cancelar con tarjeta sino pagando en efectivo en el mismo hotel, cosa que no me complicaba demasiado pero en el voucher decía que debía pagar u$s 99, cosa que tuve que hacer, como era una simple reserva sin pago previo, no quise desdecir mi palabra y fui para hacer efectiva la reserva, pero tuve que pagar ARS 922 y sin factura! Quién se hace cargo de ésto? Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien, incluso nos llevaron el desayuno más de una hora antes del horario porque teníamos que tomar una lancha muy temprano, pero.... para la próxima no se si volvería a contratar a través de esta página, espero sus comentarios, saludos Oscar.

TODO ESTUVO PERFECTO CON UNA EXCEPCION

Todo funciono bien, la atención es muy buena y la ubicación sin duda es lo mejor. En lo único que fallo el apart fue en la falta de heladera en la habitación, todo lo demas estuvo correcto.
