El hotel está cerrado por reformas
Reservé el hotel y me cobraron y confirmaron en el día. Cuando llegué, había un cartel pegado sobre la pared que estaba cerrado por remodelaciones y que me dirigiera a otro hotel cercano (Patios de Recoleta) si tenía reserva. Fui a Patios de Recoleta y no tenían habitación, así que me mandaron a otro hotel de Marcelo T y Riobamba. Un desastre son, muy irresponsables. Casi duermo en la calle

Péssima experiência
Ligamos diversas vezes e o hotel não atendia ao único número disponibilizado, nem respondia aos e-mails. No dia da viagem enviaram um e-mail dizendo que nos trocaram para outro hostel, supostamente de melhor qualidade, sem prévio contato ou anuência de nossa parte. Chegando lá nos colocaram num quarto duplo e não quádruplo, que mal cabiam as camas. Depois de reclamar nos trocaram para um quadruplo com a janela quebrada e cheiro de cigarro. O café da manhã que estava incluído na reserva não foi disponibilizado. Pedimos para agendar um táxi para o aeroporto para a manhã seguinte, o recepcionista disse que estava ok, mas na hora de sair para o aeroporto tivemos a desagradável surpresa de saber que o táxi não havia sido agendado. Apesar de tudo conseguimos pegar o vôo.

Nice Service, young crew: very friendly and helpful!
Coffee and toast in hostel manner as a good start in a day. For more there are many cafes and a teahouse around .
The room (double, souterrain) was poor:constantly stinky due to a former flooding, destroying the lower parts of the wooden door i.e., rusty inventar in the bathroom.

Hostel muito bem localizado próximo a ponto de ônibus e metro. Somente indicaria se você for ficar 1 ou 2 noites. Minha permanência foi de 4 dias, ja estava começando a ficar com dor nas costas por causas do colchão que era muito velho, mas tão velho q haviam 2 colchões pra poder dar um. A limpeza do quarto estava ok. Mas A cozinha era algo nojento de ser ver, no armário havia teias de aranha e baratas mortas, a bucha da pia ja estava extremamente usada e não dava pra limpar direito os utensílios, o armário estava sujo, enfim nao tive coragem de usar a cozinha, o banheiro do segundo andar tem uma cortina na area do chuveiro que esta podre de sujeira, é algo que nao custa caro e por desleixo parece que nunca foi trocado . A recepção foi ótima , o ventilador do meu quarto estava quebrado, falei com o recepcionista que logo me entregou outro ventilador, fiz check in sem nenhum problema os funcionários sao excelentes. O que estragou foram esses pontos que mencionei de limpeza e conforto e que considero fundamentais. Sempre procuro por hospedagem baratas, ja me hospedei em várias, mas essa foi a unica estadia que nao valeu a pena ... não voltaria

Decidimos irnos
Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que:
1) Nuestra reserva figuraba como hecha por “Despegar.com
2) No tenían la habitación disponible, podían darnos otra momentáneamente pero en forma parcial provisoria por el momento, después verían que se podía hacer.
Solicito formalmente devolución del dinero... Tuvimos que ir a otro hotel... Que pasos debo seguir para solicitar el reintegro del dinero...???

Muy mala experiencia
El hotel es viejo y está deteriorado, la limpieza no es mucho mejor, las habitaciones son enanas y el baño compartido es un baño por piso que NO TENÍA AGUA y por la que había que hacer cola. Las fotos y la calificación son engañosas. Tuvimos que buscar otro hotel.

por lo menos la hab. 7 muy vieja y descuidada. en general es un edificio viejo. Es solo para dormir yo lo contrate por cercania para unos tramites, era lo mas barato que encontre. el desayuno es bueno. El recibo de hoteles muestra un cargo por impuestos que confunde porque ademas en el hotel me cobraron el iva.

Budget accommodation for backpackers
Very friendly and helpful staff and a good location for a cheap price.
However, this also comes at a price, namely quite run-down facilities, sometimes no hot water and mediocre Wi-Fi. If you are looking for "something to stay" it is a good choice, if you prefer a bit more comfort paying a bit more is a better option.
