El alojamiento esta decorado con buen gusto; la limpieza fue decepcionante, sábanas usadas y sucias ( había manchas de maquillaje en las sábanas) y en el baño había pelos). Otro aspecto desagradable fue que nos avisaron a última hora y en el mismo día que si nos retrasabamos en la llegada nos cobrarían un recargo, asunto que no constaba cuando realizamos la reserva; nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde, por lo que tuvimos que pagar un recargo. También nos cobró una tasa por limpieza y otra por impuestos (iva) que tampoco figuraba en la reserva inicial. A la hora de pagar y hacer cuentas con la propietaria fue muy confuso, inicialmente nos cobraba en dólares, pasando a euros luego a pesos y pagando finalmente en euros. No nos gustó esa sensacion de confusion y el pago de tasas que no constaban en el momento de la reserva. Decepcionante.

No es un hotel sino un departamemto. Muy pequeno. Es un monoambiente dividido que apenas entran los muebles. Bien amontonado todo si lo ocupan 4 altos. La ubicacion excelente. El servicio y atencion excelente. Pero siendo extrangera si te cobran el iva. Me cobraron el impuesto pero no me dieron factura, solo un recibo manuscrito. Me dijeron que me mandarian una factura electronica pero nunca me llego. Me parecio caro en general con los extras que me cobraron pero la ubicacion nos fue buena.

Would definitely NOT book again

We would not stay here again. Our reservation explicitly confirmed we did not have to pay the 21% IVA tax. When we checked in they demanded the tax and threatened to not give us the room even though it was paid in full and we met the criteria for IVA exemption. Hotels.com rescued us, but the owner was not honest in his dealings with us. Imagine a family of 4 who had been travelling for 30 hours, who had paid for the reservation in full, being extorted by the owner for 21% more money or they would not be allowed to check in. On top of that the toilet would not flush for 24 hours and we couldn't get the owner's agent because she had omitted a numeral from the phone number she left us. Again, hotels.com got in touch with the owner and the toilet was eventually repaired - however it then ran on and on every time it was flushed, but at least it flushed. With two beds there was nowhere to sit and relax in the room. Just a kitchen table and chairs. There is no oven and no frying pan for the counter top burners and no coffee maker. There was a cracked automatic kettle which leaked all over the counter and a stovetop kettle which had a loose handle and we were worried might come off and let the boiling water scald us. The advertised pool on the roof is only a wading pool - about 30 inches deep. The roof top barbeque was filthy. The neighbourhood is ok but the accommodation was less than basic and the treatment by the owner was appalling. Our advice is look elsewhere.
