The staff was awesome. They helped me with everything throughout my stay. From transportation to where to go for entertainment and restaurants, I was taken care of from the whole staff. The breakfast was really delicious, and our room was always kept clean. If you a wine drinker, this is the place to be as well. A hidden gem in Palermo.

I booked this hotel for a one night stay for my elderly dad and the flight from Atlanta always gets in at 9am and check in is usually until 3pm but I am so grateful they gave him his room right away and he did not have to wait and could catch up on his sleep before continuing his travels the next day! Thank you so much!
