Funcional, no es lo más moderno pero resulta ok y acorde al precio. La ubicación parece algo retirada de los transportes urbanos y muy ruidoso por la noche a pesar de no estar en zona de bares. En general se percibe como una zona segura y linda, muy recomendado si ya conoces la cuidad y como moverte

Good stay overall...

We stayed here one night. We had some good eating and pastry/coffee shops around the hotel. We had 3 rooms, living room and kitchen. We stayed on the 8th floor. Elevators are small in Argentina so we had to do a couple trips to get up luggage. The apartment had good WiFi. The apartment was cozy and we felt safe. The living room could have used a paint job but other than that the kitchen had plates for us to use and they were very nice when we needed toilet paper, etc. The apartment was a bit warm when we got it but it quickly cooled off with the AC. No morning breakfast available. For the price you can’t go wrong for a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom place.

Me gustó: ubicación, los apartamentos son muy cómodos e iluminados, la atención, limpieza.Felicitaciones! Sugerencia: deberían renovar todo lo de blanquería (toallas, toallones y sábanas) y tratar de mantener el blanco de las paredes(no es necesario pintarlas, sólo limpiarlas). Si se pudiera, también se disfrutaría más , si hubiera mesa y sillas en el balcón. Es un lugar para recomendar!

El establecimiento tiene una muy buena ubicacion y estuvimos muy comodos. Hubiera sido muy bueno contar con la posibilidad de contar con cochera en ese lugar si bien habia una muy cerca.

O local é excelente. O apart-hotel e o apartamento são ótimos mas o serviço e a limpeza deixam muito a desejar. A roupa de cama não foi trocada em 8 dias de hospedagem e as toalhas tivemos que pedir para trocar. Papel higiênico também tivemos que pedir. O banheiro social ficou com mancha de xixi desde que chegamos até sairmos. O chuveiro só esquenta no primeiro banho, as outras pessoas tomam banho frio. O espaço deveria ser anunciado para duas pessoas, ou oferecer um mínimo de conforto ao terceiro, pois o sofá-cama é sofrível.

Very disappointed, book a room for 4 people and they set up a room very small, for no more than 2 people with a small bed in the living area and a mattress, basically to place on the floor. The person responsible was very rude, she has stink to cigarette no word in English. The place was filthy, mattress old and dirty and smelly. You will be very disappointed and really get upset with this place

Great location. Near everything in a safe area (near firefighters). Very few amenities and coffee machine from ice age. No salt or oil or coffee. Nowadays this is not acceptable. Good air conditioning and fortunately they came quickly to change batteries as both remote controls were not working. Quick check in and check out. Working WiFi

Awesome stay!!!

Apartment is an awesome location, we walked to Recoleta Cemetary. Apartment is lovely, such a great size and with a balcony. Amenities were perfect, would definitely stay again!
