The hotel was convenient, good for the price. The staff was kind and helpful. The elevators were old and noisy, but worked well. We did not like the shower design, a lot of water leaked out of the shower and we had to use several floor towels everyday.

I have been to the hotel several times and i am always satisfied, never the less I am a ahndicaped traveller and as I had a problem with the elevador the receptionist did nothing to solve it. I had to use myself the stairs for several floors until I found the reason for the problem but even after that there was no apology from side of the receptionist, which was very disappointing. That the issue if one member of the staff on the other hand, everybody else was friendly and extremly helpful.

A big disappointment was the breakfast that was supposed to be included for which I was charged US$20 upon checking out for breakfast. Breakfast was fine but certainly not worth anywhere near $20 let alone when it was supposed to be included per Expedia website

Pode melhorar

Reservei o hotel com a opção de café da manhã incluso, mas ao chegar para o check-in percebi que no recibo não constava. Ou seja, paguei por um serviço que não tive como comprovar. Fiquem atentos. No momento da reserva, o café da manhã aparecia disponível por R$12 por dia, mas ao tentar pagar separadamente no hotel, o valor era de 20 dólares por pessoa – achei caro e desproporcional. Acabei ficando sem café e o site também não ofereceu suporte. Sobre o hotel: os quartos são grandes, os funcionários são educados e receptivos, a localização é boa e perto de tudo. O chuveiro é ótimo, as toalhas foram trocadas diariamente e o quarto limpo todos os dias (embora nem sempre retirassem todo o lixo e em alguns dias deixaram sem toalha de piso). Os pontos negativos: a acústica é péssima, ouvi muito barulho do lado de fora e do corredor. O quarto de frente para a rua era extremamente barulhento. As cobertas tinham cheiro de mofo. A iluminação foi o que mais me incomodou: havia uma lustre que permanecia com brilho muito alto no escuro, mesmo com a luz apagada , e como tenho sensibilidade à luz, tive bastante dificuldade para dormir. Em resumo: boa localização e equipe atenciosa, mas problemas sérios com barulho, cheiro de mofo, iluminação.

Estadia foi ótima, no entanto, vale dizer que o café da manhã é racionado. Os funcionários do hotel que te servem. E geralmente quando vai tomar café mais tarde os itens já acabaram e não são repostos como ovos mexidos e medialunas. Esse é o ponto negativo.

O quarto não era bom. Logo que cheguei senti um cheiro forte desagradável que não consegui descobrir de onde era. Depois achei que era do aparelho de ar condicionado, mas não descobri ao certo. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mas não fui atendida. As condições do quarto não são as que aparecem nas fotos. O colchão parecia já bastante usado, as cortinas caindo, móveis descascados, as paredes manchadas e com furos de parafusos não fechados. O banheiro era bom. O café da manhã bom também e os atendentes são simpáticos.

Reservei 1 quarto econômico para casal. Ocorre que, para minha surpresa, no check in, fui informado que não poderia fazer qualquer refeição no quarto. Achei estranho, visto que não me recordava de qualquer restrição desse tipo durante a reserva. Em seguida, para minha surpresa também, ao subir para o quarto, verifiquei que o quarto não havia frigobar. Neste momento pensei que todos os quartos não teriam frigobares e, por política do estabelecimento, os hospedes não poderia fazer refeições nos quartos. Entretanto, já ao final da estadia, surpreendi-me com declaração de outro hóspede em que afirmou ter frigobar em seu quarto e que não teria restrição de alimentação no quarto. Hoje, após retornar à minha residência, verifiquei nos quartos econômicos, em "alimentação e bebidas" os itens "frigobar" e "serviço de quarto (horários limitados) com cardápio noturno". Portanto, verifica-se que contratei a hospedagem com estas comodidades, as quais não me foram oferecidas. Hoje, após retorno, senti-me lesado.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização , próximo a avenida 9 de julho e Corrientes ( a rua que não dorme), próximo de farmácia, universidade,praça, estacionamento pago embaixo da praça,ônibus City tour passa a 300 metros do hotel, pizzaria, cafeteria, galeria pacífico a aproximadamente 1 quilômetros,etc… Cama confortável, café deixava a desejar todos os dias às mesmas opções. Alguns funcionários atenciosos, outros não, mas cada um tem seu jeito e trabalha da forma que a empresa permite, todos os dias tinha limpeza no quarto. O elevador barulhento dava susto, mas não deu pra ficar preso.

Para menos exigentes.

O hotel está em reforma, e o barulho é insuportável em algumas situações. O cheiro de pó de obras toma conta dos ambientes. Os andaimes e materiais de obras sao as vistas da janela. O café da manha é bom sim, o atendimento dos funcionários realmente foi muito bom, atenciosos. O ponto alto do hotel é sua localização. Pra quem gosta de andar, ele é acessível a quase todos os pontos turísticos da cidade, e os mais distantes, tem metrô a 5 quadras de distancia.

Voltaria e recomendo para familiares.

Fizemos uma viagem em casal e passamos 4 dias. O hotel é bem novo. A estadia foi ótima, o quarto estava bem limpo, com ar condicionado bom, o banheiro com chuveiro, onde em buenos aires é dificil achar um que não seja banheira, por serem antigos. O café da manhã era bom, com frutas e medialunas. Não tenho reclamações. Conseguimos fazer tudo no microcentro a pé, chegavamos no obelisco em 10 minutos e na Av. Corrientes em 10 minutos também, e na Rua Florida em 15. Realmente valeu a pena.
