Reception staff excellent. Professional and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and towels changed daily. Yes it's a little tired but did not take away from the overall value and fantastic location.

Hotel Grand King is a nice hotel in a good location close to the Obelisco and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The reason I am giving such a high score, however, is due to the staff - Patricia in particular - who went above and beyond in trying to help when my luggage was delayed. Muchos gracias Patricia!

The staff were excellent. There were always two people at the desk and one always spoke English. They helped with directions, currency exchange info, booking a tango show and flight check in. It is on a quiet walking street 1/2 block away from Florida street a busy pedestrian shopping area. The security guard was very pleasant and helped truck my luggage to where Uber picks up. The room itself was very basic but clean with good beds.

4/10 Poor

I was in room 611 and it was too noisy outside and you can hear everything, and after the bar closes they turn down and make so much noise like it’s in the middle of the day.
