Las fotos son aspiracionales. Al llegar decían no manejar reservaciones de expedia por lo que tuvimos q salir dar y buscar de nuevo regresando tiempo después volvimos a insistir y “aceptaron” ayudarnos... resultando que siempre estuvo la reservación. No incluyo el desayuno porque teníamos q pagar extra, cuando la reservación en la aplicación la incluía.

Hotel tem boa localização para se deslocar, porém o bairro não é muito seguro. O hotel deixou a desejar, as fotos que aparecem são antigas. No quarto não há secador e nem área para chuveiro, você tem que tomar banho e ficar secando o banheiro, com perigo da água invadir o quarto. Além disso no café da manhã só foi servido pão, suco e café.

Excelente atención...

El Hotel es Excelente, en especial el personal. Mucha predisposición para atender y subsanar las dudas. El único inconveniente que tuve fue, al momento de solicitar una factura, ya que necesito justificar los gastos a la empresa que represento, motivo por el que viaje, no pudieron hacermela, ya que debía realizarlo Despegar o Expedia (Empresas/Web a través de las cuales accedí a la reserva y abone la estadía. Alguien puede decirme donde reclamar la misma??? Gracias

Sauberes preiswertes Hotel in guenstiger Lage

Sehr freundliche und hoefliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer zwar klein, aber sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator haben sehr gut funktioniert. Zimmer hatte kaum Abnutzungserscheinungen, Bad immer top gereinigt. Lage in der Nähe von 2 U-Bahn-Linien verkehrsmaessig guenstig. Fruehstuecksbuffet umfangreich und ausreichend. Gastronomische Einrichtung sehr sauber.

a bit disappointing

The Staff were actually very helpful, really nice and attentive. the room we stayed in was way too small, as were the beds. the room smelled of cigarette smoke, which might have been in part of the atrium out the window. The bathroom was a small all-in-one contained space (the shower is not separated in its own space, you can literally urinate in the toilet as you shampoo, also comes with a large squeegee).

Excellent Hotel for the Price

We stayed at this hotel Nov 24th to 28th. Check-in We were early getting in and arrived at approx 9:45A.M. so thought our room wouldn't be ready but were so surprised.Our room was ready and our other traveling companion only had to wait 10 minutes for his.Great service. Restaurant The restaurant was open 24 hours .The continental breakfast was great by Argentinian standards consisting of orange juice,coffee,breads,croissants, ham and cheese,toaster,and jams,butter,cheese spread,etc. Rooms The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping service was excellent. The rooms are small by North American standards but fine.Two single bed, large closet with shelves on one side,and bathroom with bidet,toilet and sink with a shower. Location This hotel is located in the shopping district(mainly clothing) so in not right downtown but is readily accessible by subway which we had nor problem with .The fare is 1.1 pesos(about 30 cents CAD)so not expensive. Overall we found this hotel to be quite satisfactory and the service was exceptional.The hosts are Spanish speaking however,with our little knowledge of Spanish we still got along fine.

Stickiges Hotel mit winzigen Zimmern

Das Hotel war sauber, ordentlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist zentral, allerdings mit nicht sehr guter Nachbarschaft (abends besser nicht mehr alleine vor die Türe gehen). Am schlimmsten waren die Zimmer (Standardzimmer). Sie waren so klein, dass weder das Gepäck untergebracht werden konnte, noch dass man lüften konnte. Die Fenster gingen nach draußen zu einem meterhohen Lüftungsschacht, alles sehr stickig. Die Betten hatten Holz-Spanplatten untergelegt, und waren für größere Menschen viel zu kurz. Die Dusche befand sich direkt in der Bad-Eingangstüre, so dass zwangsläufig Toilette und das halbe Zimmer (inklusive Bett) unter Wasser stand nach dem Duschen. Tipp: Besseres Hotel zu vergleichbaren Preisen suchen.

tiny room with nowhere to put suitcases down.Bathroom also small with no separate shower cubicle-using the shower would have soaked everything in the bathroom Bed quite comfortable.Air con looked old and noisy model. Hotel convenient to metro but in a shabby area.Surprisingly a safe in the room but no frig.Staff helpfull and breakfast adequate.
