The place has spacious rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Great location right next to the beautiful golf course. Both building and rooms have a feeling of being a little old and “tired” but for a night in between other spaces it suited us just fine.

Near the airport, not good appearance

Pictures and really are really far apart from each other. Good only if you don't have any to sleep near AEP. The staff is nice for the 2 minutes that we talked. The overall impression is really low

There is no glass in the room for you to drink water, the room is completely different from what is in the photo, the elevator is horrible. And for the price they charge, it is a real rip-off. Here in Brazil, you can go to a hotel on the beach with breakfast included, a luxury room costs half of this real crap that this one shows in the photo. In short, don't rent it, it's a scam.

There was no free breakfast offered. The pool extremely small and dirty, the solarium was dirty, with cigarettes and a uncomfortable access, chairs broken and dirty Staff, not friendly and not willing to accommodate needs, like a small margin for late check out Installation and furnitures old , and broken things, shower curtains and faucets Lobby and location I would say was the best

the restaurant in the facility doesn't have many dining options. Also, they had a party in the hotel garden for the personnel after hours and the music and chatting was too loud and it went on until 2-3am.

Poop smeared all over the shower

This place was trash, and I mean it, poop smeared on the walls, dirty floors (food crumbles) and hair all over the beds. Please don’t stay here, you will get sick.

No instruction for use of parking space, the place is a labyrinth. Lift form carpark is something to deal with. Very old room, with furniture over my age. The air-condition need urgent replacement, it does not cool the place.

Believe me, it is NOT as the pictures. The spaces are tiny, its an old building, very bad reception by an 80 year old guy who couldnt listen and who charged me 21% tax on top of my "already payed" taxes coupon. Never coming back. At any price.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. DO NOT STAY HERE. First of all the address of the hotel is wrong, it's is not located where it says. Secondly, it looks nothing like the pictures, it's a hell house. Everything is broken, dirty and the hotel feels filthy. Bathroom had only cold water which was coming out in rusty colour, bed sheets had stains and holes, the blinds were broken (you could t pull them up), the door lock didn't work properly and there was a random door in the room which we didn't know where it led. The whole hotel felt dodgy. Third, I didn't see any grounds for a golf resort, it's in residential area with flats around it. I didn't even see a garden. We stayed 1 night and we couldn't wait to leave. When we checked out, the guy asked us to pay 13$ as city tax which we had already paid. When we said no, he got aggressive and slammed his fist on the check in counter. We were two girls travelling. Luckily someone else came to check out and we left. I have never experienced a place like this in my life.I hope hotels or another website inspects this place as it really should not be trading as a hotel.

Al llegar nos exigieron el pago de un adicional que no estaba previsto y Hotels.com no lo habia detallado en la compra. El personal que nos atendio fue irrespetuoso y nos invito a retirarnos si no queriamos pagar. Tuve que pagarlo de lo contrario me quedaba sin habitación con mi familia. Una vez en la habitacion la limpieza fue MUY mala, pelos en las sabanas y telas de araña. El personal de noche no era amable. Lo unico positivo es la ubicacion, cercana a un hermoso parque. No recomiendo reservar por Hotels.com ya que no detalla los pagos adicionales. No volveria a este alojamiento, demasiado caro para la atencion y la calidad de la habitacion.
