Very happy with my stay. Room was generously sized. Rooftop pool was lovely (and extremely quiet). The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Location is excellent (grocery store right across the street). Highly recommend!

Nice location that met my needs for a one night stay. The staff was very hospitable and kind. The pool on the rooftop was a bit cloudy/dirty, but the roof has a beautiful view and the lounge chairs offered a nice spot to read in the sun. The room was very spacious even if a bit dated - it also had a large balcony with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options but wasn't the most delicious. All in all the hotel was very affordably priced and I would stay again if in the area!

Absolutely fabulous. We were upgraded to a small suite. Fabulous bed, fabulous shower, toilet AND a bidet. The staff was over-the-top friendly and helpful. The hotel is surrounded by 4-star restaurants, shops and pharmacies with a small grocery store immediately across the street from the hotel. The hotel stay includes a complimentary breakfast. The Pacifico Galleria is within easy walking distane. We will stay here every time we return to Buenos Aires.

The staff was very accommodating. They stored our luggage for 2 days while we left on a tour. They gave us a take away breakfast because we had to leave early. Approximately 4 hrs into our staff they called to make sure everything was okay. We would highly recommend them!

Do not trust the photos. Do not trust Expedia pricing. Expedia makes it seem like you’re getting a really good deal on a 4.5 star hotel. This is in no way a 4.5 star. I was harassed by a man on drugs just outside the hotel door and he made lewd gestures at me. I booked a suite because of the lovely photos. So misleading. Not even a real sofa in the room, just a dirty corner section of an old sofa. Booked because of the beautiful pics of the pool and bar area. Again, completely false for the reality. Dirty broken loungers, dirty pool, no bar service at all. Dirty carpets, sketchy elevator, near the roughest part of town that even the locals avoid. Booked 4 days here and left after 30 min. No refund from the hotel and no refund or support from Expedia. Waste of money, waste of vacation time finding a new place to stay. Worst hotel experience of my life. And I bet this all gets censored.

Wonderful pre-cruise hotel

What can i say but we really enjoyed our stay ar Feirs hotel. From the minute we arrived via taxi cab when they were right there to take our luggage, the restaurant on site and the large, clean, comfortable room. Our bathroom was also a good size unlike some of the reviews i saw. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were only there 2 nights pre-cruise but they had cleaning service every day. As other reviews said grocery store right across the street. Our room seems to have been renovated recently. Breakfast buffet was good. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a great location, but it is an old hotel and no renovations have been done. The room is quite large with plenty of space, but the entire facility is old and unmaintained. Old wood, blankets with a storage smell, dusty walls, towels worn out from continuous use. When you go up to the terrace it is an old area with no facilities, the dirty pool is full of mold, the supposed bar is a chair with a table and a small mini bar with no attendants.

Bathroom was in poor condition- door was warped and wouldn’t close, toilet seat was broken. Shower head was broken. Front door to room didn’t close properly and hall noise could be heard. On our last day, there was TREMENDOUS construction noise in the room next door. It made me sick. This is at BEST a 2 * hotel. Restaurant was good.
