Al llegar el hotel no tenia disponible la habitacion.El servicio que contrate por Hoteles.com decía con desayuno incluído,pero la info dada al hotel decia Sin desayuno.Las fotos no coinciden con el departamento real.Estuvimos cómodos gracias a los recepcionistas;todos muy amables.El hotel dista mucho del valor que se abona:me cobraron una tarifa y no tuve los servicios que creí contratar.Por esta pagina nunca más contrato.Regular experiencia .

La reserva no estaba efectuada, tuve que llamar a hotels.com desde mi celular, no pude usar t.e. del hotel. MUGRE POR TODOS LADOS, DEBAJO DE LAS CAMAS, EN LA VAJILLA, ALACENAS, LAS TOALLAS NO LA CAMBIAN,SUPLICA PARA NUEVAS TOALLAS, JABON NI HABLAR DE SHAMPU, EL DESARYUNO SOLO ES PAN, TOSATADA Y JUGO ARTIFICIAL, HABÍA QUE SUPLICAR A LA DE RECEPCIONAR QUE PUSIERA CROISANT ESE DESAYUNO NO PUEDE VALER 10 DOLARES POR PERSONA

Would definitely stay here again

Hotel was clean and convenient and the staff were very friendly. I was stayed for 7 days and specifically was looking for a place with a kitchen. It's not 5 star, but it was worth the price and I will definitely stay there again. Only downside were the dogs that were in the courtyard -- they would occasionally have these barking tirades. Staff were very friendly.

A Week at Edificio Charcas

We spent 5 nights at Edificio Charcas, 2 of which were tainted by an unfortunate (and unrelated) case of food poisoning. Which means that unlike most of our travels, we did spend a significant amount of time in the room for 2 days. Our room was spacious and had a pretty decent kitchenette, and a grill on the patio, although if you were planning on eating all your meals in the hotel you might find it limiting. The bed was nothing great and not the most comforting for spending two days in bed. There was also non-stop construction on nearby Maipu during the days, dogs barking at night, and kids screaming in the hall...a nightmare when you have a pounding headache and can't get out of bed. The room safe was small, but the security was a good comfort. We had no issues with staff; the front desk was very helpful and between their broken English and my broken Spanish, we were able to figure out everything we needed to. We were on the 8th floor, so on top of the uncomfortable and jostling ride up the cramped elevator, we had to climb a set of stairs to the room (not a big deal for us; if you have mobility issues, might be a problem). The breakfast was basic, but typical South American: medialunas, tostada, cheese slices, Tang, bad coffee (much better coffee at one of the many cafes in the area).
