Very good hotel downtown Buenos Aires, near Florida street and Pacifico shopping mall. Some rooms are dated and not technology friendly, but overall quiet and spacious. Friendly, courteous and helpful front desk staff and comcierge service. Decent restaurant on premise.

This is a very good option if looking for a good 4 star hotel while visiting the city or on margin of a cruise. While furniture is a bit used, room is clean and spacious. Hotel offers great quiet rooms (if facing back), and is near port terminal (short taxi ride), two blocks from shopping mall (Pacifico Galleria), and pedestrian street - Florida street, etc.

This was initially advertised as Meliá Hotel in Expedia. It was a surprise to me when I arrived to see it was a Doubletree. Staff was very nice and polite. The rooms were very clean too. Bathrooms lack of airflow but if you open the windows and turn on the AC you won’t notice the smell.

The staff was nice. The room was spacious. However, the bathrooms were bad. We stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 different occasions. The first time the bathtub was completely clogged. The second time, the shower was not working. They need to have a better maintenance of bathrooms.
