Great location, very clean and comfortable. The hotel was great. Nice walkable neighborhood with restaurants. Go visit our new friends at Coffee Street cafe. They were so wonderful, making us feel comfortable in their neighborhood.

I can %80 of the things were nice. The biggest problem is most of the staff at the reception were not know English. And there so many woman hair on the floor when o checked in. All other things were good, location, comfort, equipment

It's a good place. Well located. Nicely done and furnished. Balcony is lovely. Can do better with supplies like toilet paper. Learning: 1) communicate with management via email. Give a few hrs for response. Front desk is not able to help with such requests. 2) budget for housekeeping (USD 25 per service)

Fantastic location in Palmero Soho. Close to amazing restaurants and bars. Small Supermarket 20metres away. Quiet. There is someone at desk 24/7 but more a security role. This position not set up to support tourists with questions. Thank goodness for google translate!

We had a small studio apt. Location was great. Easy and safe to walk anywhere. Staff was very nice. We did have some language trouble, but we figured it out. Not much English spoken anywhere in S.A. No daily maid service, but we were good with that. Didn't need it.

This property was very clean and it was a very nice experience. I liked the proximity to the parks and green belt areas of Palermo from this location. The security staff members were very kind and helpful. The only thing that would have been an improvement would be if easier access to the outside balcony would have been possible. I noticed that the weather screen that protects the sliding glass door could not be lifted up giving a person easier access to the balcony area. Such a great stay at Color Botanico. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place to stay!

Great apartment in a perfect location in Palermo, nice people, staff are very friendly !! Good restaurant near. In my next visit to BsAs definitely I stay again in this apartment.
