Nice big, bright, airy room and bathroom. Kitchen nice to have for some light breakfast cooking - but mostly is workable just for reheating food. Great area, close to the subway and shopping. Highly recommend.

The Arc Apartments in the heary of Beunos Aires is top notch! I flew in from Texas and arrived early before the 3 pm check in time, Elian the on duty manager, was attentive and very helpful. The Apartment building itself is very modern and clean with an on duty 24/7 security team that is very friendly. The Apartment rooms - wow! My girlfriend and I rented the room with the King sized bed. We fell in love with it immediately. Very modern with huge windows and drapes. The kitchen is small but big enough to cook dinners. We stayed in most nights and cooked during our stay. I can not say enough good things about the Arc Apartments. Perfect location. Great staff. Excellent rooms. When I come back to visit Buenos Aires, I will book here again without thinking about it.

The location of the hotel was perfect - not directly in the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, but one street away and walkable to everything. The balcony was perfect! It was also very secure as we were buzzed in and out 24/7.

Everything was Excellent!! Super recommended. It is close to everything you need; Subte, Supermarket, Restaurants, Ice Cream stores,cafes,etc.. In addition to the attention to the guests it was incredible. Very satisfied with all the staff and service If I back to Buenos Aires I would choose this place again.

Attentive office staff and security staff. Housekeeping was great also. Stayed 10 nights. Only comment was some mosquitoes were in the room as we slept and got bit several times. Also I wish the hotel rooms offered at least 2 outlets for U.S products. There was only 1 outlet for charging iPhones or other American products. Safe neighborhood area at night.

ARC Arenales is a modern long-stay apartment complex, with a large room and a small kitchen if you want to make your own meals. House keeping is every few days, just right for such a long stay. The two issues * The internet was unusable. It was fast when it worked, but it kept dropping every few minutes, making even email or web browsing unusable. * There is a pool. but it's a tiny kiddie pool. Don't believe the pictures.

solid choice for BA

The hotel was nice. it seemed clean and the staff was responsive. we had to have a very early morning check in due to flights and they arranged for the keys to be provided by security, which was helpful. The security men were always nice and were there 24/7 to allow you to leave and enter the facility, which made it seem very safe. The neighborhood itself was safe, with a lot of shopping, eateries and activities close by. The only negatives were the shower, which always leaked a TON of water after use. we had to get creative and jam a hand towel by the seal to try to decrease the amount, which would have seriously flooded the bathroom floors each time if we didn't plug the seals. There was also a musty smell that seemed to be coming from the sink. It was there the entire time, which was not pleasant. The front desk was also responsive and attended to cleaning our rooms or fixing small things we found that needed attending.

Just so lovely and clean and modern! Didn’t want to leave!! Only gripe is that there is no office staff after 5pm and my card stopped working so has to rely on security to let me in. But otherwise loved it!
