I have never encountered a more friendly or helpful staff in all my years of travel than the young lady and young man Shania and Ezee (spell) at the Shoshana Hotel. They were so helpful with everything. We loved talking to them. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Great choice of coffee and tea. Plus they had pastries and small sandwiches all day long for your enjoyment. The rooms were large, clean and had everything in them that you could possibly need. A roomy balcony that we set out on was a bonus. The location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby, market right next door. Very happy with our stay here.

What a delightful hotel. From our greeting by Thomas on arrival, who gave us so much useful information, to our chats every morning with Ezekiel, who was so friendly and helpful, our whole stay was very enjoyable. This has to be one of the most delightful hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room was clean and spacious, with a really unusual arty feel, the 24 hour buffet was extremely handy and the location was ideal for us - 1 minute walk to the bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the subway, also lots of lovely cafes nearby.

Good location in Palermo, close to shops, restaurants and transport. Building is modern and well maintained. We stayed in a large suite that was very clean and well equipped with its own terrace. The staff were all very helpful, especially Eze who was able to provide hints and tips about the city. We would stay there again and recommend it to others coming to BA.

The staff was very attentive, knowledgeable, provided excellent service. They were there for us always. You are greeted every entrance & exit & are asked if you need anything along with recommendations. You can eat & drink in the common area from an array of prepared items anytime. I felt safe. The building was quiet. Our room was very spacious.

I will write in english, to get the message to the most of potential customers all over the world. The Shoshana Boutique Hotel is just marvelous! The rooms are huge, well decorated and offer all the amenities one can expect from a stay anywhere in the world. The team at the hotel go over their duties to make us feel at home! Even before our arrival they were already helping us to book shows, transfers and with all the information we needed before arriving! When we finally arrived at the hotel, they were expecting us with a big smile, helping us with the baggage and offering a hot meal to make us feel welcome! They followed us to the room and were kind enough to prepare a presentation in protuguese, to show us all the amenities available! There was a bottle of water and candies also waiting for us in the room. The rooms are completely furnished, with refrigerators, microwave ovens, safe and everything we would need for our stay. The space was so large, I could perform my morning T'ai Chi practices inside the room! Throughout the stay the team was allways helpful and kind! As for the location, they are a few minutes from the Distrito dos Arcos Outlet and from Palermo Metro Station, what makes it pretty easy to go anywhere in town. Around fifteen minutes walk south, you can get to Plaza Serrano, with nice shops and restaurants too! I really recommend the Shoshana Boutique Hotel for a nice and pleasant stay in Buenos Aires!

Impecável! Superou todas as expectativas!
