A once great five-star hotel in gradual decline. One bottle of water in the room, one glass, and slow decline in facilities. The most, and most obvious offender, is the breakfast. Once the trademark of the hotel, it is now nothing more than a fruit bar with several hot dishes. If you want eggs or meat, you must put in an order for the chief to prepare. Unfortunately, when your order arrives, the portion is miniscule. For $35.00, one would expect more.
The front desk staff, although pleasant and helpful, tries to maintain the false illusion of what they think a five-star hotel should project.
If you're expecting a five-star experience for your money, I would respectfully suggest going elsewhere. After all you paid for it...
