There were a few minor problems with the room when we checked in. The staff quickly responded and fixed all. The location is good for getting to all parts of the city and many of the attractions are within walking distance. The street noise can be loud at times but quiets down at night.

Clean, quiet. Had the whole 13th floor to myself. Great wraparound balcony. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Area is safe and very walkable. 20 minutes to Recoleta cemetery. 20 minutes to microcentro. Would stay again and would recommend.

Very good apart hotel

My wife and I had a wonderful experience. Christian Castillo, the receptionist/manager, was very helpful and kind. The room was pretty big, clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for us: near many restaurants, one block from the subway, and very safe. We definitely would consider to stay at this hotel again.

Great location right on a main street and a 2 minute walk to the subway. There are also a dozen or more bus stops on the streets right outside the buidling. The property is in adequate shape overall. Some of the ammenities are aging, but they do have a cleaning staff that came and cleaned my apartment every few days for the month that I stayed. I would stay here again.

Hard to say...

We enjoyed this property, but we didn't! Yes that is a stupid statement, but it completely describes this property. Awesome location, but because of the location, it's so noisy! I think every single bus is routed to go right by this property. And since this property is on the corner, when they stop at the light you either hear the diesel engine or the air brakes. Never mind all the ambulances! They advertise multiple languages, nope only one, Spanish! Security is awesome and very friendly. So happy that they had laundry facilities, but they don't sell the coins for them! You have to wait till the business across the street opens to buy them. It has a mini fridge in the unit, but you couldn't put anything in the freezer because it was completely iced up! In order to take a hot shower you have to turn the water on for about 5 minutes before it'll get hot. So would I stay here again, probably not, but if I had to I would. Now you might understand my first statement at the beginning of this review.

List soundproof rooms, they are definitely not soundproof, so you can enjoy hearing traffic all hours of the day and night could be solved with double pane glass. Wifi also really bad hard to do much on it very limiting

The soap gave my wife a wicked allergic reaction for days after she took a bath. The jacuzzi and gym had awful hours and when we changed our travel plans to enjoy it, the jacuzzi didn't work. The sheets were made of the most uncomfortable plastic. The wifi was turned off on the last day. And there was a random blackout without notice. El jabón le provocó a mi esposa una reacción alérgica perversa durante días después de bañarse. El jacuzzi y el gimnasio tenían horarios horribles y cuando cambiamos nuestros planes de viaje para disfrutarlo, el jacuzzi no funcionaba. Las sábanas estaban hechas del plástico más incómodo. El wifi se cortó el último día. Y hubo un apagón aleatorio sin previo aviso.
