Upon check in we were told several things that are listed on the website are not accurate. There are no microwaves in the rooms. The hot fresh breakfast was a joke and there was blood on the sheets found in the premade bed. The shower struggled to drain and the toilet was very loud. The tv was so dim and theres no way to brighten it, there also was very limited channels. Upon our return to the hotel on monday night there were 5 cop cars arresting someone in the parking lot. Also if it's busy there's not enough parking compared to rooms. No on site laundry either or luggage carts. This should not be considered a hotel as its more of a sad dirty motel.

I dislike that they where doing renovations and there was limited parking. I had to park in front of the dumpster. The king size bed was lopsided the one side of the box spring wasn't on the rail. Close to Tesla supercharge station inside The source parking structure. Best part is Porto's is 3 minutes drive from this place. They took all towels from your room early in the morning and necer replenished if you don't ask for it. The towels are poor quality and dirty just like floor rugs. No pillow cases for most of the pillows. Newly remodelled shower room is gleaming. I'll not return.

There was an iron board in the room but no iron, need another trash can just one in the whole room. Coffee was only one pack of decaf and one regular if both guest wanted regular coffee one will have to take decaf because that is what was left. They should place two packs of coffee and two of decaf so both guest can take the one they favor the must.

Everything was fine until checkout. The gentleman at the front desk said I owed $48 but I was a prepay and the gentleman who checked us in never stated we’d have additional fees. In addition, I left my kindle in the room, called and they said they didn’t have it even tho I can track it and it’s still in the hotel.

There wasn’t breakfast like they announced, nothing hot; no waffles to do. The time is just 2 hours and the space is for around 10 people max at the same time. In 30 there’s no breakfast and the just wait until there’s nothing and don’t restocks for other guests. Overall is clean and nice to stay; we’ve stay at the suite 2 bedrooms connected.

TRAVELED FROM THE BAY AREA TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!! DONT RECOMMEND..... Traveled with two kids, definitely don't recommend. No microwave in the room, had to go to lobby which was super inconvenient at night for my babies bottle. Did not want to refund either. I put the sign outside for the ladies to clean, they for a fact DID NOT CLEAN. Took the room towels & never returned them. Got charged a $100 fee which I was not aware of. People outside of the room door harassed me and were always slamming their door & talking loudly at 2am. TERRIBLE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I was charged an extra “resort fee” that I was not informed of when I made my reservation. Keep in mind the pool is approx 4ft x 4ft and dirty, not quite a resort to be charged a fee I wasn’t informed of. There were no parking spots available for two of the four nights I stayed there because someone was camping in their van in the parking lot. There was a homeless man sleeping in the ice room (that’s supposedly locked, however didn’t latch apparently). All fire alarms were disabled and there were no batteries in our smoke detector. They are also a non-smoking property, however our neighbors were outside smoking all day/night and playing loud music late at night. We asked for new pillows because of a mystery red fluid on one, but they never brought them to our room. Only good thing is we had hot water. Just save your money and stay away.

Our door was slightly opened when we arrived. And going in, it was hard to shut closed at first, we needed some strength to close it properly, took about 10 mins. The floor was dusty and our feet were dirty with the short time it took us to get our shoes off and to the bathroom tub to wash it off. Also the door besides our room was slightly opened ajar the whole stay, like our own when we first got in. But the service and complimentary breakfast was nice, we got offered clean towels replaced the next day without even asking. I would stay again; however, just need to bring my own indoor slippers and maybe extra sheets.

The walls are very thin. The complementary breakfast was limited. The hooker next to our room kept us up all night. The rooms need an upgrade, no microwaves. Also the room had a faint cigarette smell. Other than that the restroom was clean.

I did not like this property at all - it had an overall feel of just DIRTY all around - the elevator, the room, the lobby/reception area, breakfast area, parking area, pool area - the staff were very nice and polite however. I could not wait to get out of there.

The previous comments describing this property were atrocious! So this post is the most recent, and will give you an up-to-date account of staying at this place. What upset us the most --- AND THIS IS MOST IMPORTANT --- is the property says there is a microwave and ironing board in the room we booked! AND THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! Those two (2) items were of MAJOR importance to us! As a business, you can NOT do that! We are paying for what is proposed! When the front desk was notified, we were told there were NO microwaves in any rooms. But he said he would check on the ironing board. Never heard from him again! There seemed to be a problem with some of the basic accoutrements. In our four-day stay, one day they said they didn't have any clean wash cloths, the next day we got them. At that time we asked them for clean hand towels. They said they didn't have any clean. We got them the next day! They are no maps posted on the door to show the layout of the property (i.e. where the ice machine, laundry, etc is located). When we called the front desk for ice, he describe where it was, and he was wrong . . . it was right by the elevator on the second floor! Just say that! The beds have two sheets and a foot cover. We asked for two blankets? Their answer, "We don't have blankets." The place is remodeled and it is nice! Beautiful TV, but NO directory of the channels. Water pressure needs to be better or put in a better shower head. Has potential, but we won't be back!
