Ottimo vicino a tutto
L'appartamento è nuovo di zecca dotato di domotica, di un letto matrimoniale super confortevole, aria condizionata, lavatrice, stendino, cucina attrezzata e parcheggio. E' vicino alle spiagge che si raggiungono in 5 minuti e a piedi il supermercato. L'unica cosa negativa e che aprendo le finestre si sente il gruppo dei condizionatori dell'altra struttura, chiudendo é perfettamente insonorizzato.
