I was dissatisfied with the service at the front desk I paid for transfers to and from the airport before i left Sydney They booked the wrong time to take us to the airport, and we had to pay our own way abd nearly missed the plane. Still waiting for the refund

Citadines Berawa Beach Bali
Great location, gym was cool and had everything you would need. The rooftop infinity pool is beautiful and the service in every area is 10/10. Great value

Lumbini Luxury Villas and Spa
The staff at Lumbini are all lovely, the Villas are very private, and the staff, whikst very attentive, respect the privacy. Room service was quick, the restaurant was also very good.. very nice play to stay.
