「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. 「We had a great view from 5th floor balcony overlooking Calea Victoria. Quiet as we were up high. Great to have a bottle of wine and watch the day turn to night. Great location. Amazing breakfast. 」
