Small but cozy stay! It would be better if the lighting in the room was a little brighter. Or add some white light sources would make it better too! Thank you for the owner to make us a delicious breakfast! Even though we woke up late have missed the breakfast time!

地點在山裡泥石路天氣不好時開車千萬要注意但小木屋非常溫馨主人非常友善天氣好時絕對是看極光的好地點小木屋有小廚房可簡單料理 It is a cozy, clean and small house with a small kitchen. Great spot to see Aurora if possible. The host is very friendly. Highly recommend. However, be careful to drive there if the weather is bad.

We had such a lovely stay here! The cottages are adorable, with great amenities. Definitely a step above other cottage hotels that we stayed in. And this property has the added benefit of a lovely little restaurant for dinners and a great hearty breakfast. (The dinners were Ala carte but the breakfast was included in our room rate). The owner and her staff were truly lovely and you could see the care that went into the property. A great option in this area!

This Lodge / hotel is realy FANTASTIC ! The owner and her staaf are so unknown friendly and helpfull. The dinner menu is great and the food is superior. I stayed for several days (Cabin 3) and it was outstanding !

Bed very comfortable. Shower was excellent, lots of hot water and pressure. Dinner was very tasty. Owner extremely helpful about surrounding area. Dirt road to location was very good. Blackout curtains were very good. No tv, which was great!

We went for some down time and we were not disappointed. Beautiful room with view of Icelandic countryside; lovely restaurant with great food; pleasant, helpful staff. Not for those who want to be in the hub of things, but if you’re looking for a quiet getaway to be alone with your thoughts or your partner, this is the place :)

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und modern, sogar verschiedene Utensilien wie Zahnbürsten, Rasierer, Nagelfeilen waren vorhanden. Frühstück übersichtlich, aber ausreichend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dalahyttur! The cabins were clean, cozy, and had a lovely view with a small deck area. The onsite dining was delicious and the hosts were so friendly and welcoming. We would love to stay here again!

We had such a good experience here! Loved the friendliness and was an amazing location. Felt like a modern luxurious bed and breakfast while staying connected to nature! Dinner was amazing and we even got local recommendations to the next town we were visiting plus great sights to see along the way. Would definitely come back!!

Diese Unterkunft ist ein Geheimtipp! Wir hatten als Pärchen ein Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse und es war sehr schön und sauber. Am Abend haben wir die liebe Daria kennengelernt und sie kann super kochen und ist sehr sympathisch! Hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben für Reykjavik und uns zu den Island Pullovern beraten. Durften sogar einen Pullover extra anfertigen lassen, der bald geliefert wird. Am nächsten Tag haben wir dies mit Gudrun (Chefin) besprochen und auch sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️

Peaceful setting

Beautiful and peaceful location. Easy to find a use as a place to take excursions from. Ate at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was good quality and flavorful.

Everything was excellent. Incredible place quiet just a few KM of the road, on a beautiful farm with cute lambs. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommended!!
