Location, location,location! Right next door to the Four Seasons Hotel. Walking distance to everything. Excellent friendly staff! Its a suite in a 3 star hotel with lots of space! We had free croissants and excellent coffee included in the price. My wife and I went to the the thermal baths and the hotel provided us with towels and shower gel etc. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I were to return to Budapest.The criticism,The hotel could use some upgrades and especially replacing the carpet in the elevator but non the less Staff 5☆ Location 5☆.

Perfect location for exploring Budapest inner city. Friendly helpful staff. Rooms were a brilliant size with shower/bath microwave kettle mini fridge. Couldn't have asked for anywhere better. Complimentry hot drinks were a brilliant touch. Thank you we would definitely all stay with you again ❤️

위치와 객실이 넓어 좋아요.

성 이슈트반 대성당과 매우 가까운 위치에 있습니다. 페스트 지구는 대부분 도보로 이동할 수 있었고, 부다지구나, 영웅광장쪽만 대중교통 이용해 이동했습니다. 헝가리 민속춤 공연장인 두나 펄로티와도 매우 가깝습니다. 객실은 다소 오래된 느낌이지만, 침구나 수건 등은 깨끗했고, 싱글침대3개를 선호사항으로 선택예약했는데, 더블베드에, 싱글베드(간이침대)가 준비되어 있었습니다. 간이 침대가 매우 불편한 건 아닌데, 접히는 걸 펴 놓은 상태라 3분의 2지점에 약간의 층이 있어, 뭐랄까 거슬린다고 해야할까요. 잠자리가 예민하신 분들은 꼭 요청하셔야 할 것 같습니다. 호텔이라 당연히 매일 청소해 주는데, 바닥이 카펫이라 청소 후 먼지가 더 뜨는 기분이었습니다. 호텔 조식은 이용하지 않았고, 근처에 조식을 먹을 수 있는 곳이 많아 이용하기 편리했습니다. 하지만 가격대비 호텔 조식이 더 쌉니다. 큰 마트는 주변에서 못 봤고, 대신 편의점 규모의 마트는 군데군데 있어 생수나 간단한 먹거리 사기에는 불편함이 없었습니다.

Great Location not much else

This is a mediocre hotel in a great neighbourhood. Positives: location, location, location. A few blocks from St Stephens, the chain bridge, many wonderful restaurants ( saw 3 Michelin stars) Hotel is clean. Bathroom is large. Free coffee and crossant at breakfast. There is a free to use washer and dryer in the basement ( bring your own soap). Our safe was broken, and was quickly fixed once they were notified. Negatives: We arranged for airport transportation with the hotel and they Never showed up, leaving us waiting and searching from them for an hour Such a waste of time. No information was given to us at check in about the the facilities. Had to find out on our own. Our room had a boardroom table in Lieu of an actual living room. Was not very comfortable having to sit at a boardroom table to watch tv at night. Not what you want when your on vacation from your job. We did ask to have are room changed to one that had a living room but was told my husband and I would have to have separate beds which we did not want to do so we were stuck with the table taking up so much room. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. You get one very flimsy pillow. It’s also very low to the ground (think just a bit higher than Japanese style) which was a issue as my husband is over 70 and had difficulty getting out of bed due to hip issues. Overall was not happy with this hotel but if location is important to you it is a cheaper option for this neighbourhood.

여행목적으로 묵기에는 이보다 더 좋을 수 없는 곳

위치는 단연코 최고, 성이슈트반 대성당과 세체니다리, 데악역이 모두 도보로 5분에 접근 가능함. 아쉬운 점은 호텔에서의 view가 전혀 없다는 것.. 그리고 수건에서 유럽특유의 향이 많이 난다는 정도?

鎖橋まで歩いて３分

鉄道を利用して東駅まで行ったので駅前とも思いまいたが、ブダペストに来たからにはやはり鎖橋の夜景だと思い、この立地を選びました。ドナウ川のナイトクルーズにももちろん行きました。乗り場は歩いてでも行けますしトラムでも1駅です。ホテルの部屋は広くて快適でした。スタッフも愛想よく、教えてもらった近くのレストランも最高です。世界遺産にもなっている地下鉄の乗り場もすぐだし、歩行者天国のにぎやかな通りもすぐです。

お部屋の写真と口コミを見て予約をしましたが、実際は写真よりもとても古く窓からは駐車場しか見えず、浴室の換気扇の音がとてもうるさく消すことも出来ませんでした。写真では浴槽があったので付いているかと思ったら、シャワーのみでバスタブを希望するなら事前に希望を入れるよう言われました。確かにバスタブまたはシャワーと表記されていましたが、お部屋の写真にバスタブを載せるのであれば、シャワーのみの部屋もあるので希望を入れるよう注意事項をつけるべきだと思いました。ホテルに希望を伝えるとチェックインが夜遅かった為翌日言ってと言われました。フロントの対応も早口で事務的に説明されただけで、満足できる対応ではありませんでした。翌日フロントにお願いすると快く変更して下さり、スタッフの皆さんの対応もよかったし、無料でコーヒーとクロワッサンを頂けてよかったです。総合的に見るとオススメはしません。
