Disgusting

Communication equals with zero. Pets at the property which will cry all night and scartch doors/windows. Filthy doors, cutlery, bedding, furniture, walls. Lights does not work. No reoly once you pay and you get your code. No help to check out. HOTELS.COM WILL NOT HELP YOU TO GET A REFUND

Worst travel experience of my life!!

The property requests to be notified for off hours check-in I did that the day before my arrival. When I arrived, I called, got through to nobody! I chatted with hotels.com and they tried to call no answer. After waiting late into the night in advance of an early morning flight, I drove to the car return at the airport and slept in my car. The Temperature was minus 4 centigrade. The remarkable thing is that hotels.com requested they give me a refund of the $40 I spent and they rejected. How's that for customer service. A shame for them because they won't get the money anyways as I will dispute the charge. Not worth the risk going to this place!

Very convenient

Everything was as expected. Very close to the airport, great price, convenient, good kitchen and most of all pleasant man at check in. Would help if I'd have a WhatsApp number for them as it's sometimes difficult to make calls in a foreign country

Bra budgethotel nära flygplatsen

Stannade en natt på detta ställe, eftersom flyget skulle avgå väldigt tidigt på morgonen. Det tar bara 5 minuter med taxi till flygplatsen. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal på motellet. Rent och fint rum. Bra budgethotel.

Apartmenthotel near Budapest Airport.

Lägenhetshotel i en liten by nära Budapest Airport. 5 min med taxi till flygplatsen. Perfekt för tidig avgång eller sen ankomst. Ren och fin, stort rum med sköna sängar. Kylskåp, mindre kök, micro. Fint badrum med dusch. Sängkläder och handdukar finns. Vid incheckning utanför receptionens öppettider får man en kod så man kan komma in i rummet.

Near the airport

Before booking I called to place and asked that if it was ok to come late at night. It was ok, we can come into the room with a code. When we arrived at 23.50 our code did not work and there was somebody else in our room. Reception was closed so I called the motel phone nr. Luckily somebody answered the phone and we got another code to another room. Otherwise the motel is near the airport, has apartments with seperate entrances. Our room , the kitchen and the bathroom was nice and clean. There were sheets and towels . Good value for the money.

Decent airport hotel

Warm, clean and comfortable room, spacious bathroom. Well-equipped with kitchenette. Decent price. Only minor problem was the sewage-like smell which came every time I turned on the taps in the bathroom. taxi from airport is around €7, but slightly more when you book it to go back. Not convenient to reach on foot or bus unfortunately.

More like a hostel

The panzio is behind a computer store and the "reception" is in the basement with the laundry facilities! As a single female, I was NOT comfortable staying here due to the fact that I only saw men, who frequently milled around outside smoking. The room was the smallest thing I have ever stayed in, and I travel frequently. It was basically 2 closets-- one only large enough to hold a twin bed and the other was the bathroom. The TV and light fixture were broken and literally the only place to sit was on the bed. I only stayed because I had to catch a very early flight so, it was just a few hours.

Csalódottan, mert valójában egy munkásszállásra kerültem. Az 1 szoba, helyett egy 3 szobás lakrész fogadott, a fürdőszobában törött zuhanykabin. Szerintem a 3,5 csillag határozottan sok. Legközelebb örülnék, ha szélesebb körű, a valóságot jobban lefedő tájékoztatást kapnék. Csak 1 éjszakára kerestem szállást egy hajnali repülőgépes indulás elé, s nem erre számítottam.

Positivo: Camera ampia e pulita con cucina attrezzata. Negativo: Finestre doppie, ma tende singole... quindi la proteIone dalla luce è molto relativa. E soprattutto: il servizio taxi prenotato al momento del check-in non ha funzionato né per un ospite inglese, né per noi, e abbiamo rischiato di perdere il volo. Finalmente dopo mezz’ora di telefonate e attesa siamo riusciti a organizzare un solo taxi per tutti.

There is no 24hr on site clerk. Contact manager by phone or intercom system at door. That said they are very reliable about services offered. We had very early airport check in and they arranged 4:30 taxi to pick us up. All went well. The room is european efficient, clean, hot water,TV.location is good for airport and great restarunt Futte just about 3 blocks down and across the street.

No communication possible.

Could not contact them by phone or email. Tried to tell them that I could only contact them when I had WiFi connection. They are closed on the weekend. Call when you arrive. Our phones do not work in Europe. Tried to call from a land line and no answer. Sent message though Hotels.com and again no answer. Sent cancellation notice to the hotel and to hotels.com through the hotels.com website!
