I made a reservation for two nights at this place, but ended up staying only one night. It is still unclear to me whether this entity is a hotel or an apartment complex. I was under the impression that I booked a hotel suite, but it ended up being a subpar apartment in a shady looking building. I was charged top dollar for an apartment that looked like it was last renovated 30 years ago. No sign of any elevators that would make the experience just a little more positive for tourists likely traveling with large suitcases, so our luggage had to be dragged across courtyards with uneven surface and up two flights of stairs. On a positive note, the attendant was nice enough to help us haul our luggage upstairs. The apartment was old and the decor seemed to be left from the 70's, such as the floral patterned waxed tablecloth my grandmother would have tossed 30 years ago. We tried not to touch things as everything felt grimy and unclean, but it could have just been the severely outdated interior design. The toilet was tiny with very poor lighting and no fan. At least the mattresses were ok and we got decent sleep. I would strongly advise the hotel management against charging guests 5 Euros for doing their own dishes. We decided to check out after spending one night and I didn't mind losing money and move to a different hotel. The entire "hotel" has the vibe of a run-down brothel that smells like mold and dust. The staff was kind and helpful, no issues there.
