Opportunity for improvement: We had a room on the third floor right next to a very loud ventilation system. 「Unique hotel with lots of charm. Vintage furniture and decorations made it feel like we stepped back in time. We somehow ended up in the Governor's Suite which had a sitting room with a hot tub, a small balcony, 2 sinks and a fireplace. Everything was clean, and there were toiletries provided. 「The staff was very helpful. Outside building was full of spider cells and the doors were not clean. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t functioning well. There were safe, fridge, hairdryer and an iron in the room. It was quiet and pretty cozy place. The breakfast was delicious. Self parking on site. It’s located near wonderful places near Lambertville and New Hope.」

「This is by far the best place to stay around New Hope. The staff was amazing, super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything felt very relaxing. The breakfast was incredible — honestly as good as a 5-star hotel. 「I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. 」

「How would you like to arrive at the property, after a long day and my grandson's graduation party, in total darkness, directed by phone to a door which was supposed to be unlocked but was not? A follow-up call with the manager told us we were obviously not at the right door. The manager finally arrived, knocked on the door and found a vagrant was in the room. To make matters worse, they had no other rooms available and should take the room. We wound up driving the two hours,a 90 mile trip...
