「The area is beautiful!! The staff is beyond fantastic!!! I have never stayed anywhere that was even close to the service here!!! The room is beautiful!!! There is a babbling brook outside the window and a view of the river. Saw a rowing team row by and ducks enjoying the brook. The bed was so comfortable we asked the brand and plan to acquire one! The breakfast is over the top delicious!!! They truly exceeded our expectations!!! We highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful experience!!!!」

「We didn't use most amenities. The only one was the coffee. It wasn't good, so I dumped it in the toilet. Great location. The jet tub could use a good cleaning. There was scum coming out of the jets.」

「The property was very well kept and although our room was spacious and clean, there was a skylight in the bathroom that lit up the whole room very early in the morning. Also our room overlooked garbage and construction sites. I would have preferred a different location.」

「I was there over the Fourth of July. Except when the restaurant was open there were virtually no staff to help. One could have just walked in and stolen quite a few things. I was trying to find someone who might help get bfast but I could only find 2 Brazilians housekeepers who did not speak any English. 「I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. 」
