「I’m not sure if the beds in this motel had been changed before we arrived. When we unfolded the blankets around 9 PM to sleep, we found hair on the double bed, which was really off-putting. 「There was no air-conditioning so we struggled the first night but brought a cheap fan for the remaining 3 nights of our stay and that was perfect. We got a free upgrade to a large, beautifully appointed room on our last night which was fantastic. The breakfasts were yummy, the owners were friendly and welcoming and they even have a wee dog, Lola, who gave us some dog love! Handy spot, beautifully renovated. We really enjoyed our stay!」
