I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and the service has usually been good. However, on this occasion we experienced issues with the room that were never resolved, which is not acceptable. As a result, we will need to reconsider staying there again.

Place is great easy walk to city and castle plenty in the area for coffee or quick groceries etc, the only downside would be the street noise we were in a first floor suite
